Hardee's

Burgers were wonderful as always. Fries, to me is more important than the burger, got them right the second time around but don't cook as many and if they're cold don't give them out the window. But overall with my fresh fries the meal was amazing. Please update your receipt paper as well it's pointless to have the app if you're not able to manually add your receipt.

I pulled up to the drive thru, it took several minutes before someone ask me for my order. My toddler son & I eventually received our food while we heard & watched employees horseplaying . We could not get chicken fingers b/c they were sold out. The burgers we received had been sitting on a warmer because the edges were burnt & dry. The fries were cold and soggy. My baby did not eat his & I wrapped mine back up & put it you know where. There is usually good food @ this location but I guess b/c it was before Memorial Day the employees were not too thrilled.

I went to this Hardee's specifically because it was on my way to work and I was sent coupons in the mail. I went through the drive thru and was greeted promptly and courteously. My order was taken and I was on my way to pay. Again great customer service, my coupon was taken with no issue and I was on my way. Got to work and that is where my great experience ended my Frisco breakfast melt was two pieces of dry white bread with ham and egg no cheese no melt no nothing. I also ordered a large sweet tea. Recieved un sweet. This is always a issue with drive thru. Was it worth the 80cents I saved to get a bad a bad sandwich. And a undrdrinkable tea. Not in my mind.

Dining Room dirty. Workers standing around. No one was in the dining room eating. Drive Thur person on calling phone. Someone had plenty of time to clean the dining room and door door with finger prints.Sign showing they will be closed after 2pm. After is misspelled. This shows manager not doing their job.

The pictures on this review illustrate what I received when I ordered and paid for a "prime rib and cheddar Angus thickburger" ... $8.71 for what was represented on the menu picture as a hamburger patty piled high with thin sliced prime rib and melted cheddar cheese on a bed of grilled onions. Sounds delicious right? The picture looked even better than my description on its own placard displayed as a "new" menu item, prominently adjacent to the typical items. Now, I've had both Carl's Jr and Hardee's at different locations over the years, and have consistently been pleased with my order. In fact, I've come to expect an overflowing and succulently messy sandwich in the box. In the 90's Carl's Jr marketed the fact that you couldn't eat one of their sandwiches without dripping condiments everywhere. That may not sound appealing to some, but I love a messy burger. Before I opened this sandwich, I even grabbed extra napkins knowing that I would be challenged to keep melted cheese and prime rib au jus from getting all over my desk. Looking at the pics of the product from this location, you can imagine my disappointment. To be fair, Ashley, the cashier, was exceptionally friendly and polite and I'm certain had no idea that she was handing me such a disappointing specimen of a burger. The flavor and doneness of the burger were acceptable, but did not make up for the lack of "prime rib and cheddar" that was advertised. I will not be returning to this location and I recommend to anyone else considering a quick lunch in Decatur that you continue on to the nearby Jack's or Arby's. My two cents.
