My Deli In Mapco

Edit : 6/28/2022 my point about $100 still stands, I wish I would've gotten the name of the sweet lady I spoke on the phone, she did populated my discount , and I was able to fill my gas cans, usually we are quick to leave bad reviews, but there are great customer service agents, she was one of those , Thanks ! Original 2 star review : If you have points and buying more than $100...you have to go inside......Pumped 24 gallons , discount is up to 30 gallons , when pump reaches $100 it stops.....inside clerk told me there nothing she could do, my discount was gone , called cs and the lady was super nice , but all she did was put points back on my rewards for the difference and not the .23 cents discount so I can fill up.my fuel cans....lesson learned, but sill very aggravated at the whole bs situation. A sign at the pump would be very helpful, fat chance that happening.

I travel to Destin, FL from Saint Louis 2-3 times a year. My first experience with MAPCO was in May. My wife and I decided to quarantine ourselves in Destin and stopped by MAPCO for fuel. My wife and I were very impressed with the cleanliness of the restrooms, plus, they provide gloves at the fuel pumps! I stopped again on my way back to Saint Louis on August 31st and they are consistent! Restrooms remained clean and gloves at fuel pump! An excellent fuel stop and convenience store!

I went to buy two drinks, a good living cola fizz and a naked green machine, the naked smoothie had a $1.99 under both flavors. At the register the new employee, Tammy, said the smoothie was $3.49 I told her it's priced here at $1.99. She went to the food deli and got this blonde who came with me so I could show her. She pointed to the drink on the other side of the shelf, so I asked then why is the $1.99 straight under the naked smoothies. She goes around to the back of the shelf when she comes out her exact words were "they are just misshelfed." I asked "since they are the price advertised that's what I'm getting it for right." She procced to tell me "no I'm not but we have cheaper drinks if you can't afford it." On top of all that she said it in front of four customers, which one female customer who was buying the same drink said I'll just go to pilot across street where they dont mistreat they're customers. So I bought the cola fizz and ask the cashier who told me her name was Tammy. Then I ask Tammy how to contact the manager she looked behind her at the blonde from the food area who shook her head no and Tammy said she couldn't give that information out so I ask what the blonde employees name was and she tried to say she didn't know it. After one or two other customers put their things down and left the store saying they wouldn't ever be back as will I unless the nameless blonde does not work there at all, for her very rude and unprofessional behavior. I would still like to talk to her manager because I've never been so humiliated in my life. Please fix this horrible employee with the attitude problem. False advertisements can be pretty harsh in the state of Alabama.
