Papa Johns Pizza

Usually gets my pizza wrong. I remember when this place was doing well. Now it's annoying trying to call an order in, half the time I can't order online because it says online ordering is temporarily restricted. Im about to just take my business to pizza hut for good. At least they get my stuff right.

The pizza is amazing, though lots of difficulty ordering. Their wi-fi is down and apparently has been for the last few weeks, therefore cannot receive online orders, nor take card. They have not even attempted to fix their, router i’m guessing! Other than management issues the workers are absolute angels and definitely deserve a raise.

Great Pizza...BUT if they mess your order up they really really mess your order up then have you call some ridiculous calling In line that hangs up on you repeatedly, so NOTHING gets resolved unless you go back to the store, THEN you have to wait 20-40 minutes more for your actual pizza... trust me it's happened multiple times and they Never make up for your time or the inconvenience just give you your pizza and send ya along.. until you stop going there!! But good pizza when they make it right🙄🙄😑😑

The pizza was good but not happy with the service. We were suppose to get a 2 liter and did not receive it. I called in and all I could get was we are sorry. They told me if I wanted to drive back in they would give me one. I am over 20 minutes away. I asked for a future credit for it and was denied that also. They told me they would not give me a credit for a pop as she half way laughed at the suggestion. This is not the first time this has happened. I guess we get our pizza somewhere else. They should take better care of their customers.
