Do Order here , they are fast , friendly , clean professional drivers , and the food is always hot , and fresh , have nothing bad to say about any order I’ve had from them , this store crew rocks , I never had an incorrect order, never got sick , or had a rude driver , I always order online so don’t interact with the store so I’m not sure why so many bad reviews

I'm really wondering if a lot of these bad experiences/reviews belong people who don't tip or tip poorly. I'm not saying that's what it is but its pretty strange I have never gotten a messed up order or poorly made pizza in the last 5 years or longer.. maybe I'm just lucky at the time when I place my order but this has been my favorite papajohns for a long time. All I know is I always tip good and they always give me outstanding service.

Pizza was good but I suffered the next day with Montezuma's Revenge somebody wasn't washing their hands in the shop and I got the brunt of it. They're also not bringing pizzas out to the cars anymore not sure why they said it was a corporate decision. Feel as if I need a free pizza cuz the one I had the last time well I already spoke about that don't feel like I need to repeat myself it's embarrassing

Our pizza was delivered under the time quoted on line. Our order was correct. We ordered the new Jalapeno Cream Cheese poppers. My husband was not a huge fan of them. The delivery driver was super friendly. We love the garlic dipping sauce.
