Great food, large portions and friendly staff. The manager and cashier took the time to explain how they purchase and prepare their food

Christi was awesome helping us decide on what to eat....great customer service....enjoyed the Cajun music and the food was cooked to perfection! Made me feel like I was eating a poboy back home in New Orleans! Best sloppy roast beef and crawfish poboy! I would most definitely recommend anyone who loves that Cajun food to eat here!

Drove an hour to eat lunch here! From. The Woodlands, TX....Ate some of their food at Minute Maid Park and fell in love with the shrimp. Now that my husband and I are here, we have a new item to add to our favorites! Crawfish Bisque!! To die for!! Will be back here again...Delicious!!!!!!!

Enjoyed our meal tonight before going to the Deer Park football game. The guy who took our order was great and suggested several items. I got the shrimp poboy with fried pickles. The food was excellent and was served fast and hot. It was slow, so I hope they get busy.

Excellent food. Excellent service. The lady that took out order was super friendly. We didn't wait long. The food was great. While we were eating the GM (Kendel sp?) came over for a chat which is refreshing and lets face it, He is super easy on the eyes lol! We will be returning often. Ps. Get over the prices folks. You get what you pay for.

So my wife's co-worker told me about this spot(Lines were out of control she said) so since I had some time, decided to sneak by(I was working but not working). The place sits in the corner of the shopping strip but depends what time of day you go, you just look for the line. (I went while it was slow...WHEW!) The decor is nice and simple....AND CLEAN! You get that Louisiana feeling when you step thru the doors. Staff is nice, not like screaming "Welcome to our restaurant" get on your nerves nice, but more of a happy to be there nice. Decided to keep it simple. Ordered a 6" Big Easy, which is a chopped Club PO-Boy done N.O. style, with fries and a drink. 13 buck...a little pricey....but who said being a foodie is cheap? Besides, you only live once....stop being cheap! First bite was a bit disappointing. Only because I'm used to my bread being soft not iron board stiff and the crumbs were all over my shirt! Bur remember...this shop is modeled after the original and they use the same ingredients including the bread...so the sandwich was good in my opinion. The fries were seasoned perfect(Enjoyable w/o fanning your mouth and grabbing your drink and slamming said drink down because you want the fire out!) and hot when I got my order. That's a plus. While I was there, one of the employees let me try a sample of seafood bisque. One I put that first spoonful in my mouth and slurped the rest of that silky smooth goodness, I knew that this place is the real deal. There are a lot of great food on the menu but I could only get something quick since I was at work...sort of. If your from the New Orleans area and you come here, it will remind you of home. You a local and never been to Louisiana a day in your life, this will be on your go to list. If you don't wanna drive here to try it, then you have options. Either go to Minute Maid Park and try it or wait until they build some new locations(I was told about the expansion to the Houston area in the store). Until then, take the run to Deer Park and get a good taste of the Boot. Trust me. You will be Cajun Happy!

Hands down best Roast Beef dressed you can get without being in NOLA. Been to a few places here and no one comes close. Forgot to mention the french bread is fresh!
