Vegetarians beware of cross-contamination. The food was good...until there was massive chunk of unwanted meat in the queso. They did not refund it, but offered to replace it. The batch was already tainted, so that wasn't going to fix it.

Slow service with no line. Steak wasn’t ready took several minutes just to cut steak. Sweet tea wasn’t sweet and no sugar available near the condiments. Store full of employees and trash can is to the brim. Had to pile my trash on top.

The server who prepared my food essentially threw the ingredients of my order onto my bowl. This is not the first instance here, as it has happened before with a different server. I don’t need this in my life, and I cannot recommend this location.

The manager Christian is so sweet! There’s been countless times where he’s helped us out with food and gives us free food Especially in hard times due to Covid-19 and all the employees are so lucky to have him I always go back for more definitely the best chipotle!

They are a little sometimey with the guacamole but I figured the amount is way more consistent when I get it on the side

They don't have any care in making a burrito. They make it so mess and soggy and the burrito falls apart

I never put a complaint but this really upset me. I hardly ever go the guy asked me if I wanted veggies and queso and I said yes thinking that he meant the lettuce and corn and then I saw him reach if the onions and and bell peppers I’m like no I don’t want he look at the girl beside him and rolled his eyes and then he passed my bowl to the girl and she had attitude with me the whole time, when I was ordering I said please and thank you never once gave them attitude even when they gave me attitude I would kinda understand if it was just them two working but there was a bunch of people in the back paying around laughing.

Absolutely loved how patient they were taking my kids orders... we got our orders to go drove home not even 5 minutes away attempted to pick up the bag and this happened, sauce all over my seats and bag bust opened... my son then attempted to chew his chicken and it was rubber.
