Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream

Very clean place, the ice cream maker was very polite and super nice. The kids love the ice cream in the making . Also the ice cream is extremely good. The price is not bad at all it’s very reasonable. The one negative thing I have to say is the screen monitors that show the menus blink and changes way to fast before you can read to see all the options you have.

The ice cream here is delicious! Worth every penny. There's such a nice atmosphere, super friendly employees. Came here for the first time with my husband, son and sister; we all loved it. My son actually spilled my husband's smoothie and the gentleman here quickly came and cleaned up and came back with a refill 😭 wonderful experience.

The owners and staff are all really nice and make the experience fun! My 8 year old grand daughter was able to see an experiment with the liquid nitrogen shrinking an inflated balloon during the grand opening. It was sooooo cool, she loved it! The flavors are really good, I love the banana pudding and the key lime. The mint chocolate chip is really good too. The owners are really sweet!

I for one can say excellent ice cream. I was so tickled and amused at how it was made. I’ve never seen anything like it. I have now been about three times in a two week period and tried three different flavors. One day I was there and the owners came in and they were so friendly. Checked on their customers and made sure their experience was great. My favorite so far is the Banana Cream Bismuth. Also try the Strawberry Sigma if you love strawberry.

MANAGEMENT; give the guy and girl that we’re working February 20th night a raise. They did an amazing job. It was my first time trying nitrogen ice cream and they went above and beyond to explain the process to me. Also, they immediately after every single ice cream they made cleaned the whole ice cream bar area. A+!! On top of that the ice cream is delicious. Yum! I would definitely make sure to stop in when I come visit this side of town.

Sub-Zero nitrogen is a different kind of ice cream shop. We tried it today for the first time and it was great. You watch them make your ice cream while you wait, they make it using nitrogen. It puts on an interesting show they have many flavors and it was very good. I took two of my grandsons and they both loved it. The only problem with it is, unless you know where to look it can be hard to find. It is in a strip center beside the H-E-B grocery gas station.

I love this place. I had the Chocolate Conduction and it was awesome. I can't wait to go back. FYI Emily is the best. She was so helpful I told her I am allergic to coconut so she offered to go get my mix-ins from the back and that is what I call great customer service. Putting your customer needs first. Thanks Emily.
