Smokin Joes Pizza

I was introduced to Smokin' Joe's @Deer Park by my son. The truth is having been to New York and eaten Pizza in Brooklyn NYC, it's encouraging to know that SJ'S does a New Yorker, NYC slices and my son's favourite is half Margarita and half BBQ Chicken. The tastiness, flavoursome palette brings good memories of NYC. The Fish and Chips also doesn't disappoint either. All in all pending your own taste buds, try it out sometime if you're in the neighbourhood.

We ordered 3 traditional pizza, garlic bread and fat chips. Pizza weren't the best, not much topping on it even though we requested for extras, we were charged for the extras but the pizzas were still as a basic. The fat chips was about the only good thing out of the order. We ordered from this pizza place due to all our regular pizza places we're closed. Will not be ordering from here again.

I went in and ordered my favourite king prawn risotto. I was so looking forward to it only to discover when I got home that it was the vegetarian risotto. By this time it was too late to do anything. I can't understand how they could have screwed this simple order up. Very disappointed and not bloody happy. What makes this even more annoying is that they were closed last Friday, no note on the door, no website update, nothing

Was just told it was my fault that I didn’t receive chicken skewers. That I was wrong with my ordering. As you can see a dry crumbed chicken tender replaced a chargrilled marinated chicken skewer. Salad was also missing. When I called I was told the website was wrong and everyone else is happy with it. Staff and manager were super unhelpful, blaming it on my ordering. When I offered to order the chicken skewers as an extra and pay for them I was told I would have to wait 2 hours. This is my first time writing a negative review about any business. As a business owner myself I don’t write this lightly. The way you spoke to me has lead to this review. Would have cost you $5 to fix my problem and you would’ve had a happy enough customer.

The guy told us it would be just 2-3 mins to come out once we arrived at the store, however we waited for 40 mins to get our pizza and pasta. . The pasta was definitely over cooked and its so soggy. Our nutella strawberry pizza base was not cooked. The pizza had just one thin slice strawberry on each pizza (8 slices). How can you justify charging $14.90 to a customer for this? We will never go back there again.
