I agree with the reviews here, tasty sausages. I had the hatch with tater tots, yum. Quick service, lots of options, free parking, eat in or carry out, good for lunch!

Delicious and filling sandwiches, wonderfully fried tater tots, friendly service and he even brought the food out to the patio for me when it was ready. ;d Yum! Definately not passing this place again without stopping, I cant believe we hadnt tried this place yet! The boyfriend will love the excuse to get to Tattered Cover even more if I'm bribing with food. ;)

Uber has a great assortment of different sausages and dressings that compliment each sandwich perfectly. The sandwiches are made hot on-the-spot with fresh bread that tastes fantastic. Top it off with home made chips or tots and an ice cold sodie pop! A must try in Denver!

The Hatch was awesome, but loved the homemade chips even more. Seasoning self-customization is a great idea!

Delicious!!!! Ordered a bag of chips with my dog, I was just expecting a bag of Lay's. Instead they fried up some fresh potatoes into delicious crisps!! And they had a bunch of seasoned salts to go with them!! Definitely my favorite place to get a hot dog in Denver.

I don't know if I really got deep into the sausage. No pun intended. I think.
But I really dug the tater tots. Service was excellent, food was fast and the tots were DELICIOUS. Exactly what I was looking for honestly in a quick snack.
The staff was super friendly, and they had great recommendations. I just am still not digging the idea of these types of dogs in the buns they serve. I like minimal bun, large flavor. This was like, flavor and then 3x bun.
If I came back, I'd skip the sausage and just head to the tots. 5x tots please.
