Blue Bonnet Restaurant

I found the food to be pretty good. Definitely a little on the bland side for me, but I liked the salsa. I absolutely loved the margarita flight! Wish they put it in order like on the menu so we could know which flavor was which. The waitress wasn’t sure which color/flavor was each either. My partner in crime ordered the quesobirria thing and I order a smothered burrito combo. He absolutely won the “who has the tastier food” battle. Mine was mid and his was luxurious and flavorful. Although, who knows, maybe I have a grass-is-greener complex. All in all, I think Blue Bonnet was quaint and cute and has an established charm to it. Come try it for yourself!

My favorite local Tex-Mex spot in Denver 💎 Cheesy queso, tasty Mexican rice, great ice tea and delicious combos. I have been visiting this place for over 10 years with many other Tex-mex spots in between and it’s still at the top of my list! Friendly service, a great bar setting with happy hour and indoor/outdoor seating.

I’m a “True” Native of Colorado - This restaurant has been one of my absolute favorites the 47 years I’ve been around … Eric & his team are “Top Notch” Food is always very well prepared, service is fantastic! They make you feel as though you’re family from the moment you walk through the door! Keep up the great work! You guys all “ROCK”
