Las Tortas, a small authentic Mexican gem, delivered a flavor-packed experience with its carne asada quesadilla. First time visiting this place. From the outside, it looks like just another eatery in a small parking lot next to a hotel. The menu is intense with so many options. They served their sandwiches plain or smothered in some red sauce. Either way is exceptionally delicious. Their decor is a little bit confusing, with random pictures of Paris, Motorcycles, Flowers, Dia de Los Muertos, didn't understand the theme. They do have an awesome light display with some type of wood plating. Food was worth the price, generous portions. Fries and sodas sold separately.

I'm a long time foodie here but made special trips because it was a far drive for me, especially with the population increases in CO. Well I'm super excited this place moved closer to me than it's previous Leetsdale location! Trust that I'll be a frequent flyer here 🤤 the location has upgraded as well. More room, well decorated, drinks are good. Loved my strawberry margarita.

Visiting Denver from out of town, Las Tortas was recommended to me by several friends with the highest enthusiasm. After trying a couple of their tortas, I can see why such hype was warranted. I tried the Al pastor, asada, and Tejana (breaded steak and smoked pork chop) tortas. All were absolutely top notch. The bread is soft and warm. Inside is a perfect Harmony of meat, melted cheese, beans, etc. Every bite was perfect. If I had to pick a favorite, I would opt for the Asada. I did also try the Horchata and cranberry Agua, which were both a bit too sweet for my taste. In terms of atmosphere, I am aware that this is a relatively new location. All the facilities were very clean. Service was also excellent. For me, I will recommend Las Tortas to anyone visiting Denver, even if you only have one meal to spare. It really is that good!

Loved this place! When I called to make a pick up order, the lady was super nice and respectful! We picked up 30 mins later (traffic) and it was still warm! The tortas were so good!! The horchata was very cinnamony but not too sweet! When we got there, it was super busy so I'm glad we ordered ahead! Plus the portions were more than we thought so we had a lot of leftover to take home! Overall amazing food and service! Will definitely be back! Muy rico!!
