Kyle's Kitchen

We’ve been coming to Kyles for about eight years and love the place, which was recently sold and is under new ownership. Seriously hoping the old school neighborhood, unpretentious diner vibe and great quality greasy spoon/comfort food doesn’t change. Heard rumors a giant tv is going up on the wall which I personally find to be devastating - TVs are for sports bars and not diner counters, they distract from the community presence and the interaction among the customers, in my opinion. We often see people drawing in sketchbooks and reading the newspaper at the counter, which is part of what makes this place so special and refreshing from their establishments. Cinnamon buns + breakfast burritos are stellar.

So Miss Kyle was our server today, she was all by herself as they were unexpectedly busy with the holiday, and was the sweetest and most accommodating as can be. I guess I've been missing out as I've only been one other time with family, but my dish was amazing and my girl enjoyed hers as well. She had the 1/2 ham and cheese and I got the basic with large potatoes, scramble eggs and chorizo links, oh, and a cup of green Chile with tortillas. Delicious! Get in there and enjoy. Help or local businesses!

Arrived around noon on a warm, sunny Saturday and sat at the bar. The place was half full and had some regulars it seemed. The place was a defacto diner, nothing extra, just some down to earth vibes and service. The server was attentive and warm, and the food came out quickly. I ordered an omelet with added chorizo, home fries and rye toast for around $11. Great meal, especially since my first alternative was to wait in lines at upper scale places. Would happily return again, although do want to mention they have no bathroom inside.

This place was wonderful!!! Food was great! Around noon on a Tuesday, with a group of developmentally disabled individuals that i work with, we went to Kyle's kitchen, most other places were closed. I have to thank them first of all for being open! Next thank you is for serving us all with orders to go, each on a separate ticket. And finally thank you so much for being so kind and patient with all of us! Service was impeccable!

Kyle's is THE best breakfast/diner place on the North side and probably in Denver. An old-school feel with no frills but lots of character. The staff is really down to earth, genuine, and sweet. The food is delicious and consistent. The customers are usually regulars and are friendly and willing to have a quick and nice conversation. You must come and eat here. Oh, also check out the special board before you order!

Cozy little dinner good for small families or breakfast dates. The servers at the bar are very attentive checking on the patrons periodically. The food there is of good quality for and the portions are fairly large which isn't a bad thing. The only problem I had was the house made biscuits dry (not in the normal way) and the avacado was slightly bruised. Other then the plate presentation, the flavor and customer service and over all experience was great
