Mas Kaos

Just okay. We have been here multiple times over the years living so close and it's generally a good experience with service, although on more than one occasion it's been painfully slow with wait staff who are inattentive. The food is mediocre for the price. Went for a brunch experience today and was not impressed. Happy prices are decent. Avocado toast (or avocado on bread?) was NOT worth $14 and I regret the decision to order that.

Pizza was pretty good, but honestly the tacos are where it's at. Most of the pizzas are over cheesed (and I'm from Wisconsin any cheese on the daily) and very greasy. Drink selection is pretty darn decent, atmosphere is awesome, and the weight staff is incredibly friendly. Would recommend to any local or visitor!

Nice outdoor space, good margaritas, and excellent vegan food. Wasn't able to capture a picture of our vegan pizza because we ate it too fast, but trust me, it was delicious. They have daiya vegan cheese and the regular dough is vegan. Also looked like there was a street taco that could be vegan. Margaritas seemed a little pricey, but they were well worth it. Only had one and it had me feeling right haha. Great service too. We will be coming back.

Wonderful food and service. Went there for dinner on a Saturday night. It was pretty well packed full of people, but we got seated quickly and the server was great. She got our orders quickly and we were served pretty fast as well. The food was delicious. Our group had several of the street tacos, as well as a noodle dish, pizza, and a serving of guacamole and salsas. Everyone was impressed and enjoyed what they got. They have quite a big selection of eats and drinks. Definitely recommend

Great spot to visit with a group of friends. I liked that there is a wide variety on the menu- something for everyone. I enjoyed the queso (the full size is very large- enough for 3-4 people) and buffalo wings from the happy hour menu. From the main menu we had the margherita pizza which was delicious as well as the meatballs which were GIANT but not all that great. I would say they were a bit dry and lacking in richness of flavour- definitely not the texture you would expect for appetizer meatballs. I also ordered a pretty tasty lamb taco which I believe was a part of that day's special. They have a pretty good drink selection as well. I enjoyed the happy hour paloma and the mezcal cocktail from the main drink menu (forgot the name). Mas Kaos is worth a visit, especially if you're going to see a show at Oriental Theatre which is just a few blocks away.
