Qdoba Mexican Eats

This Qdoba is my favorite one, I normally go in the afternoon but I had a late dinner and when I walked in I was greeted by a young man very respectful. He took my order didn’t rush me we had a great conversation! Another gentleman was cleaning it looked very nice! honestly it was a better experience then going in the afternoon cause the afternoon manager is very grinchy ! But all in all 100% amazing people and food

This qdoba is usually decent. Like every qdoba, you want to check how fresh the meats look before you make a decision--because they look old as hell sometimes. And the queso diablo never looks fresh enough to eat. But otherwise they usually do a pretty good job at getting your order right and being courteous. Today changed my opinion a little bit and made me feel like the managers are asking employees to serve questionable food to cut costs. I hope that isn't the case. 1) I asked for a tortilla on the side today, and the tortilla was obviously dried out, breaking on the edges and crunchy. The employee looked at it questionably and even wrapped it different than usual to avoid shattering the obviously dried out edges. 2) Secondly, he put a rather small amount of meat in and then teetered on how much he was going to add, before finally adding what seemed like the right amount, and then promptly taking all of it back off and leaving it skimpy. 3) Lastly, unless something changed, I was also mischarged. The total came to $12.30 or so, which seemed higher than usual. So I checked online, and you can see the total after tax is $11.83. So I'd assume I got charged for the tortilla on the side, which has never been the case. 4) And maybe nitpicky at this point, but a lot of the lettuce also had visible pink spines. While I just read that the pink spines are okay to eat as long as the lettuce isn't rotting, it doesn't look tasty and isn't very presentable. We can call the lettuce a wash, but I personally have a hard time ignoring 3 other mistakes on one meal. I hope the next couple times I go to this location it isn't the same kind of gig, because I will quickly go to a different location or restaurant.

Okay Ariel Lee a great worker I thought she was new come to find out she was the manager most people have a different attitude once they're in management she was like it was her first day the place was nice and clean she helped and got me exactly what I wanted with the smile on her face late in the evening of the shift I want to return to this place to be served not just food but to greet the workers in here they were also great thank you so much for the experience I found a new home

I was here around 2pm and it was slow. Customer service was fantastic. The wonderful lady working was super friendly and spoke Spanish as well as English. I let her know that I am excited to start Spanish lessons soon. She even asked if I wanted to practice. I told her not yet. She did all of this while making my order. I'll be back to practice with her. Super clean and efficient.

I think early on after they opened there were maybe some issues with new staff learning and getting things right, but in the past few months they have upped their game. Juicy meat, vegetables, salsa, and queso are all delicious and in sufficient quantities in my experience. (when getting the bowl + side tortilla)
