Julep

My absolute favorite spot to eat in the entire city of Denver and surrounding area. They have a big outdoor patio (great in Covid times to make you feel safe)! The wait staff has always been friendly and attentive. The first time my husband and I visited it was just by chance on our way to a concert at the Mission Ballroom. We sat at the bar and ordered shrimp and grits and mac and cheese. Both were incredible. They also sent out a few small bites "compliments of the chef." I could not recommend this place enough. I LOVE everything I have ever ordered. They have an incredible happy hour as well that I would definitely recommend trying to hit. You get to sample smaller portions of different items which is nice as well as special cocktails at half off. Also, their cocktails are the best I have had. Try the Snow Cone Mint Julep before it gets too cold! You won't regret it!

This place is such a gem. We ordered quite a bit of food, and all of it was amazing. My favorite were the biscuits and lamb. This is probably the best southern food that I've found so far... And I'm from the south. Loved the little tastings they gave us during the meal and our waiter was extremely attentive. I will definitely be back.

5 stars experience. Food, drinks, environment, price AND service. We went with 2 other couples and their opinion was the same. I had the Kawaii King drink, one of the most original drink I have had in a long time. That drink has a blend of rum, Madeira and spices so good I had to ask for the mix so I can use it in my future recipes. It was so kind of Chad to share 😊😊 I was halfway through my salmon dish when I took that picture haha. Salmon cooked to perfection. Cassidi delivered an impecable service.

Just wander in for a late dinner with a friend. Staff was chraming, professionally, and helpful. We got the Salmon and potato frotters and cheese for appetizers. Man course was their Chicken. Then skin was beautifully crispy, the meat was moist, and the mayo sauce that it was paired completely the dish perfectly. It also came a with southern gourmet pepper dumplings. The GM came out and talked with us for 5 mintues and sent over a fine Bourbon after he found out I was a connaisseur. A true 5 star experience.
