Coffee & Bagels

My experience at coffee & bagels is usually very nice. Sad to say it wasn't as good this time around. Ashea, who took my order, had a horrible attitude, she had no idea what she was doing. And overall looked like she didn't want to be there. She was sighing every time I would add something to my order. If it were not for Laryssa who came out from the kitchen and took over my order. She was sweet and had a smile on her face, she apologized for Asheas poor attitude, I will definitely be coming back to this coffee & bagels, Laryssa had an amazing attitude and was proud to be at her place of work. Whoever hired this amazing employee, you guys are doing something right! I can't say the same for Ashea though.

I definatly was pleased with the product and would have lived to give 5 stars if it wasnt For a specific "Acting Manager by the name of Larissa". Very disrespectful to fellow employees and to be quite frank had a very snarky an poor Comstumer service attitude. HOWEVER..If it wasnt for the Employee that i see on A Constant Basis as a Regular. Miss Ashea which is always always a joy to order from an has a great attitude and work ethic I Probaly would give the rating a 2-3. I Love my Mornings and really dislike any Negative Vibes Given by People who seem to not enjoy there work environment in the Morning Coffee areas and was Appalled of the Acting manager. Im sure i can speak for all of the Regulars when i say..Miss Ashea should have and should Be manager. Probaly will limit my visits as long as this Larrissa Lady is Managing sorry to say.

I don't know what makes this place so satisfying. Maybe it's the fact that every single employee I've ever interacted with at this location seems to actually care about what they do. Service is just outstanding. The bagels are of course great. But the thing I like most is the fact that they never burn the coffee. They get it just right. Best Einstein's I've been to. There is just one bummer. They don't do recycling! How is this possible in this day and age?

Today I took advantage of the BOGO on the super Nova. I was given a regular Nova sandwich. I had already got home and found this out. I returned and a young lady made everything all right. Her name was Audrey. Bottom line, I received what I ordered. Two for one at $13.00, and then some! I will keep going to Einstein’s/ Caibou Coffee. My location is Logan and Alameda. This left a great taste in my mouth😊 Dan

Solod fusion of caribou coffee and an Einstein's bagel. While the Food and drinks are predictable, it's the dacor that is exceptional. A 10 person table lead me down a rabbit hole to discover who made it. After phone calls with management, regional administration, and corporate office... it was discovered that a company back east 'Wood in the Hood' made the table.
