Excellent local roaster. It's very much a wholesale operation, which supplies a ton of local coffee shops, but they still serve their own coffee and offer some pastries. I'm told they roast on Mondays so if you are buying coffee beans, don't show up on Sunday like I did :-)

If you love coffee, this is the place for you. Basic coffees, no frills, but none needed. Coffee is excellent. Roaster is huge. Shop is spartan, but who cares when the coffee is as good as it is.

I've been here twice when I visit Denver. Quaint coffee shop with delicious brews and the staff is very friendly. The cereal milk latte is a must have.

Coffee is delicious, very friendly staff, and you can goggle over their roasting equipment if you're mechanically-minded! There seems to be a stream of regulars and a tight-knit community that occupies this space
