Panda Express

They were short staffed and yet employee still chose to be an exceptional worker in their individual areas. The woman working the register made me smile and made sure my order was perfect! We had the sweetest brief conversation despite the insanely busy lunch hour, and she managed to not make the experience feel rushed or uncomfortable. Other locations have fallen short in that area many times. Incredible service, wonderful food, and a quaint warm atmosphere inside! 10/10 Panda Express location :)

I love the food at Panda Express, but express they are not. Whenever I go there I'm often waiting at least 5 minutes to be served, even if I'm the first person in line. I get the impression that adding support for the delivery services has really thrown a wrench in their serving procedures as everything feels so slow there.

I was happy that they had the veggies all ready to go instead of having to wait at other Pandas for them to make them. They were ready for guests wanting healthier options. I was a little sad that they didn't have any wantons ready to go. The only real negative is that I feel the other Pandas give you more food when they fill the container and here it seemed like the girl on the line was only giving partial servings. There is also an up charge for some items like shrimp, and I'm used to these up charges but others may not be and the server didn't warn about the higher price as I ordered. Like I said, not a suprise to me but it could cause price shock for new customers.
