Pulled brisket sandwich had full smokey flavor but not much spice. Sweet classic sauce made up for it with a great tang, subtle smoke, & great kick at the end. Red skinned mashers were fluffy & tasty, classic slaw was refreshing. Corn bread was light crumbly yum. First experience at this location and using their “feed a crowd” options for ordering bulk food. Very impressed!! We placed an order for about 20 people 24 hours in advance and everything was hot and ready when we arrived to pick up! The food was all packed well and didn’t need any reheating when we got it home. They even included plenty of napkins, plates and sturdy serving utensils that made set up and serving a breeze! We have always loved KTs but this was our first experience at this location and ordering this much food. Everyone raved about it and we got so many questions about where it was from because people absolutely loved it!! Thank you for making food for a party such a breeze, now we are looking forward to enjoying all of our tasty leftovers.

Great barbecue! The brisket was so tender and delicious, the sauce some of the best I've had. I'm really particular about coleslaw, and really enjoyed it and Kirk's killer beans were great also. Shame on the person who recommended the key lime pie. I took ONE bite and it went in the trash. It tasted horrible. Maybe it was bad? I can’t describe how bad it tasted. Other than that, the place is good. My dad liked the beans. He said the flavor was nice and there was chunks of meat in there too. I had the pork shoulder sandwich and it was of decent size and had plenty meat! The serving of ribs we got was legit too. The prices are friendly and I’d go again. Gave 4 stars cause the key lime pie was the worst thing I tasted in many moons, hands down.

The food is fine and the lemonade was fantastic but the meat is completely smokeless! There is no smoke flavor just seasoning and bbq sauce. I was hoping for a 16 hour slow smoked brisket that melts in the mouth. This brisket was some other thing and completely shredded up. It’s not at all how brisket should be served. Quality brisket is a hard thing to find in Colorado. It’s a tragedy!

Great BBQ EVERY time...I used to eat at the KT's BBQ in Boulder, CO--way back when--and it was great BBQ then. So glad it still tastes great! I come from one of those barbecue states so I am picky😊. I ate a Chopped Brisket Sandwich with a homemade lemonade. Both were fresh and delicious! I like that KT's gives you a choice of sauces so you can decide what flavor you want to use to enhance your meat with.
