Huevos Tacos

Very solid taco joint. I didn't try any of their drinks, but the food was good quality and with more than average portions. Tortillas were excellent and tacos were well balanced. Nice atmosphere with a fast-casual feel. It's not cheap, and may not be the best value in town, but the reviews calling it expensive are a bit of an exaggeration for what you get. it's definitely worth checking out

When I head to a taco place, I'm expecting a certain (eh-em, lower) level of quality, as tacos are usually the lower rung of culinary experiences. This chic little gem blew me away. Sophie and Josh were personable, funny, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a pleasurable dining experience. Taco Tuesdays are buy one, get one on tacos, margs, and drafts. Would recommend the breakfast steak taco; it was bomb.

So very excited to have a new favorite taco place. The food was fresh and very filling. Brisket is perfect. They have local hot sauce that is beyond amazing. If you like sweets, try the Churro Donuts- seriously to die for. Sophi was the boss. She took great care of us, and had awesome recommendations. The only down side to my visit... I didnt have enough room to eat everything I wanted! Will be back to try the margaritas and green chili!

Loved their veggie breakfast tacos. The flour tortilla was the right thickness with the homemade taste. Great concept is order at the counter and grab a seat that feels good to you. Still kept some of the Morning Collective favorites, like the Bloody Mary mix ice cubes and from scratch bloody mary mix. Also, Phil is the nicest guy. If you ever get to meet him he always hooks it up.

Really enjoyed the tacos, they are different, pretty good sized, but the entire experience felt underwhelming. Just felt like they rushed to open and didn't know or really care what they were doing. Plus, for five fast food tacos, two beers and a pretty pathetic guac app was over 60 dollars with an automatic tip that's added at the counter. $7 for a taco? $7 for a normal draft beer? Insane - this isn't a 5 star restaurant. Crazy expensive and I really enjoyed the tacos, so hope they temper the prices a bit.
