Papa Johns Pizza

April 2022. Pizza starts to be looks unprofessional. Looks not like a circle any more. Boarders around with no flavor is huge. Still tastes very good. It never was like that before. I’m Papa John’s pizza customer at list 5 years. I don’t wanna change that. I wanna see looks good and taste Papa John’s special as always. Please - take care about how your pizzas looks like. Thx.

Wish I could rate 0 stars. Prepaid and pre tipped for delivery. Delivery person knocked and left the order on the floor. Its shocking that they didnt even wait the ten seconds it took me to unlock the door and open it. Opened the box to find the sauces pressed into the pizza. I will say I am a picky person, but that is why I love Papa John's in general: their quality and level of service is usually top-notch. This is definitely below standard for any Papa John's that I've ever been to.

I wish I could give zero stars. Driver forgot something from my order, said it was in the car and he'd be right back (no big deal) except he never came back. Perhaps once he got to the car, he realized it was at the store still, again not a big deal. The items I did receive were cold. Driver didn't respect my request for no-contact delivery. I called the store later to get a refund for the item I didn't receive and I was hung up on... Twice. I email customer service and they tell me they cannot refund but can maybe give me store credit. I follow up and they never give me a refund or a credit. Why? I didn't receive the item! Horrible customer service on all fronts. Will not be ordering from them again.

JUST WOW! Earlier this month, for my 50th birthday, I chose this store for my birthday meal. It arrived very late and very cold. Called the store and they made it right, giving me an in store comp which I re-ordered today. (By the way, in all of my years and years on the internet, I have NEVER ONCE written an online review, my experience today led me to do just that.) The person who took my comp order was super friendly and our order was delivered by a very friendly guy wishing me a belated birthday (my wife answered the door but I still got an earful of wishes hehe). They comped my WHOLE order, even the chocolate chip cookie AND there were birthday wishes written all over the cookie box from the whole team!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE BELATED WISHES AND GREAT PIZZA/SERVICE! We'll be back again and again and again I'm sure!

I have never received a pizza cold. I placed my order at 7:18 didn’t receive it until 8:50. The pizza was lukewarm at best. Don’t tell customers that the pizza will be there in less than 37 minutes if that’s not the case. I will never order from here again. Also tell your driver to have better customer service.
