*This review is only applicable to the drive thru service at this location. If you have a large truck or long vehicle I do not suggest visiting this location as the drive thru and parking lot are fairly small and require some tight sharp turns to navigate and there is high pedestrian traffic as well, so physically and logistically this drive thru is not great, I would rate it 2 stars, however the staff here are friendly and actually listen to the customers and try to accommodate to them. Orders are usually accurate and complete. Rarely do you receive a meal from McDonald's and it be old or stale and this location upholds that standard as well. With both good and bad ratings for different reasons, overall is say this location is a 3.5.

You guys im totally pleased with this McDonalds! I'm a vegetarian, so obviously finding fast food I can eat can be difficult. Occasionally I go to McDonalds, and unfortunately I have to totally order off-menu. I'm such a pain, and I'm so grateful for the members of our community that work fast food. But this location?? Totally killed it! They got my totally bizarre order perfect, included all my ridiculous condiments, even let me add M&Ms to my chocolate sundae! It's a 24 hour location in a rough part of town, but they manage to keep up with the property and homeless population, without being total jerks about it. I like to tip fast food workers when I can. You should try it... Who can't spare an extra $2 to totally make someone's day?.... You can't see it in the photo but I order a double cheeseburger, no meat, add lettuce, extra pickles, extra onion, side of ranch & buffalo. See what I mean?? So getting my order perfect the first time deserves 10 STARS! LOL

Honestly, had no experience here and eating on the go..as I musterd up the Long sit still.. Breakfast sandwich perfect taste ..ordering online a breeze Ample parking , drive through Many walks of choice folks gather around .young and old .. The coustmer service a nice hug .. The amenities: bathroom Fresh kept and double doors for the winter crisp. Totally enjoyed the sit still moment here Rtd bus stop just outside

It was past midnight on a weekday night, there wasn't a lot of food options for delivery, and I was hungry at work. I didn't have high hopes when I made specific requests for extra pickles, ketchup, and mustard, or my request for no ice. Most places wouldn't bother. But imagine my joy and surprise when I opened my delivery to find... exactly what I asked for! My food came warm and packaged neatly, I was very pleased with the delivery.

So this place gets HIT 🎯 almost every night and especially on weekends. They separate the UBER / DD orders into a complete seperate window to save time. Even during the rushes the orders have always come out pretty quick for me. It seems like the router you are the longer your order seems to take maybe people should take a hint and relax... 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I've never had a problem with this place messing up my orders or taking too long. As long as you're cool with them they're super cool. The only times I've seen people have a real wait was when they were being an absolute jerk about it

Food is pretty consistent as I stop here frequently on my walk to or from work. One of the few affordable food options left if you use the mobile app deals. What really strikes me about this restaurant are the employees. They work in the pit of human suffering that is Colfax. This morning an elderly street lady seemed confused as to what to do after given her coffee. An employee stepped in to go above and beyond, an admirable human being! She walked the lady with her coffee to a table and set her down. She told her she knows her and she is her favorite customer.... and for just a moment, made a confused, frightened old woman feel comforted. Despite the hygiene or mental condition of some of the patrons, I see people here treated with the respect that they give. Sometimes it's hard to snap back to treat the next guest politely when you have just been treated badly. Then I witnessed the kind gesture of an employee today to an old, sickly woman having no one in the world to help her.
