Pizza Hut-wing Street

The delivery driver did not deliver my pizza to my apartment door. She called me from the Lobby and told me she would not come up to my door because she had other pizzas in the car. I had to come down to meet her. I have never had a pizza delivery driver do this. My apartment has three working elevators and only takes a few seconds to get to the 6th floor where I live. This struck me as a lazy person who did not want to do her job. Therefore, I will not use PizzaHut again. Other pizza delivery drivers always drop off the pizza at my door.

Literally one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in customer service. I originally put this order in Nov. 20th for the $5 deal. I ordered a medium pizza, mild buffalo wings, and pasta. You can see by the picture I posted of the wings the quality I received. The order was delivered 30 minutes after it’s expected time the pizza was a grease sponge around the crust dry in the middle, the pasta was burnt. I called the store to have my order replaced to be interrupted and told they can’t help me to him hanging up on me. I called the customer service line to be told a regional manager was going to reach out to me in three days. No one ever did. So after weeks going by I finally called tonight back to the customer service to be told no one reached out to me because they couldn’t find my order despite my confirmation email of my order and order number. They said reach back out to the store. I called talked to a nice lady from another call center and she tells me there is now a $10 credit that was applied. Which is getting somewhere despite the fact that it was $22.67. She tells me she’ll transfer me to the actual store. Doesn’t. So I find the number and explain the whole situation to a nice manager there who actually takes the time to listen to me. He tells me he will replace my order. I’m waiting on my order to come to keep receiving phone calls from a number I don’t recognize. I answer it. It’s the regional manager who calls me a liar and that he canceled my order and my business isn’t welcomed at their store. I tried talking to him to explain everything I am putting here for him to hang up. I asked for a place to send these pictures. I’ve been pushed around and disrespected by every single person in all different parts of Pizza Hut except from one guy. I know no one actually expects the customer service at Pizza Hut to be above and beyond, or for the food to be exceptional but this is mind blowing. Where do you go above a regional manager? Can’t order Pizza Hut from anywhere in this region now because their manager is a hot head. For what it’s worth I hope someone reads this and orders else where, or someone above this person sees this.

Order was for med supreme showed up on time but it was cold cold barely any toppings if anything more sauce then toppings and sum toppings missing tasted old like it was made earlier in the day 26 wasted I will not order from em again I tried calling but discontinued everyime very disappointed in my order for what I paid

I ordered a stuff crust pizza even watch the manager make two other stuff crust pizza to give me the wrong pizza. Came back for him to tell me I didn't order a stuff crust and they don't have the ingredients to make the pizza. Mind you I went back online to see if I could order another stuff crust and I could this location needs to either be shut down or replace everybody in there very horrible. Never again from this place

I'm over it. Been ordering from this location for a while( 12+ months), and while the food itself is always quality (fresh and rarely old) the delivery driver forgets items that I was charged for, like sauce and drinks, and it's unacceptable. Also the fact that I have to coordinate a delivery every time over the phone when I clearly give instructions on how to enter the building. I believe this is solely an issue with the delivery driver and the process, I don't believe i will be ordering from this location ever again. Good luck.
