Wendy's

Waited in drive through for 5 min they take the order of the car in front of me then I pull up and they lady says they are not talking anymore orders through the drive through I can wait for everyone in front of me to get food then come inside if I want something. I go inside and ask for the manager and she tells me it’s not her fault that they decided not to serve everyone in the drive-through before closing it off. I tell her that is no way to run a business that’s in the customer service industry and he tells me that’s fine you can leave! This Wendy’s and the management is pathetic

I had the worst experience. Was treated totally rude and I felt so ashamed of my own skin 😪 😔 😞 I waited for 10 min Noone would take my order or acknowledge my family's presence. I asked for the manager info and the drive thru attendant told me Anna is in the back she don't care why should I under his mask .no rush or Noone inside 🤔 I left sad on the poor quality of service Wendy now has serving its customers..

Mm, I really love the Dave's Double, and any of the burgers with bacon on them are incredible. I think my only complaint is that it was fairly busy when I came and it took me over 15 minutes for my meal to be ready, but staff was really kind and did their best and I'd definitely still come back to eat here! Yum!

Dang I should of looked at the reviews before wasting my time here. I have been waiting for my food for 10 minutes now. All I ordered was a breakfast #1. First turns out the drink machine isn’t working so I have to change my drink 3 times. The drive through guy is doing his best but telling to drive around to the front is just another red flag. So now I’m just sitting here for god knows how long. 18 minutes to get my food. Then another 2 minutes because they didn’t bring a straw. Like this is ridiculous.

Ordered breakfast was to to wait for "fresh" sausage and got black, dry, old sausage patties they must've sat for at least an hour before getting to me...gross...you could poison someone with that. To make matters worse the manager, Alisha, was extremely rude and visibly angry that I complained. She never apologized, and gave me the rudest "Well what do you want me to do?"she was aggressively rude and visibly angry. I Thought she would spit in my food if she remade it, or break down screaming at me so I left with a refund....if you value you're health eat elsewhere where...if you want to get treated like a human eat elsewhere....I gladly went to Chick Fil A across the street for the best customer service ever...and FRESH food
