The Colorado Pig Rig

I only have incredible things to say about David and his team! Sam and Will catered our wedding with a taco buffet, followed by churros and then returned the next day to help us host a game day for our guests and did bbq food from the food truck. Our guests raved about their food - especially the mac and cheese and churros! David was absolutely amazing leading up to the wedding. He always responded within a day or so, was responsive to my event coordinator, and was so patient with our million questions while planning a wedding. He was so friendly and personable when we met him to do a tasting. Our guests loved Sam and Will!!! They were so so sweet during our wedding weekend, worked so well with our coordinator, and made sure to check in on us during the wedding. Everyone should book this wonderful group immediately :)

We booked the Pig Rig for a BBQ we hosted the day after our wedding in July 2022 and it was fantastic! All of our guests loved the food and they were so accommodating of all dietary restrictions. The price was entirely reasonable for how many people we had eating, and the two guys working the truck were very friendly and were turning out food faster than we could eat it. Look no further when finding a food truck to cater your event.

The Colorado "Pig Rig" did a senior luncheon, honoring the bright seniors who were set to graduate from Colorado High School Charter. The people working in the Pig Rig, one named Clay went above and beyond to assure that the seniors, along with the whole staff were served in an efficient manner. Also, the food was awesome!! The veggie burger (which you wouldn't assume would be on the menu) is just as good as any veggie burger you'd have at a restaurant. Highly recommend!!

phenomenal! Jason was so incredibly kind and stayed open a few minutes late for us so we could try. we got the bbq sandwich and potato chips which have a slight bbq taste. we also got the fried mac which was so yummy! better than most! and then we got the hot link tots. I wish there were more hot links for that but Jason was kind enough to let us try the bbq chicken and we added it to the hot link tots and it was amazing. Quality bbq and excellent service!

Colorado Pig Rig catered the reception for our son where he was ordained a Catholic priest. We served approximately 400 people. The CPR did an outstanding job with the food and the service. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the food portions. We received numerous compliments about the food and the sandwiches. I told David that we would like to have some left over so I even got to take a few pounds home. It froze up great and we had some sandwiches a month later. Just as good then as the day of the reception.
