Twice we had stale bread for our sub. We ordered white the first time so we switched to wheat this time and still stale. My son's sub was cut very thin on one side so everything fell out of the sub.

The food is just fine as usual. Jersey Mike's is superior to Subway all day everyday. But you lose 2 stars, for now, because you have people making food without masks during a pandemic. It is NOT a hoax.
UPDATE!!! Thank you masked workers! I hate wearing my mask too and I know it's uncomfortable, for an extended of time especially. Living in a free society, we must make sacrifices for the good of all. And this is a rather small one, consideration of ramifications of the alternative included.

The 2 sandwichs would have better if they did over cook the bacon

We went this evening after we had ordered online. My #13 sub was ok but very small. My husband's hot pepper cheese steak had the wrong bread, and very small. In the order we had ordered the bottle of soda and chip combo x 2, no bottles of soda, no offering of diet caffeine free at the soda machine, and we got 1 bag of chips. All this for $26.73!! - huge rip off. We thought they only had one size which would be large, wrong assumption on our part. Not going back
