Awful experience!!! I don't usually stop at McDonald's but today we did and I tell you what all the kids were disrespectful. They all acted as if I was funny. The window didn't close as they were saying things you shouldn't say in front of customers. The kid at the window looked high and had a huge hickey on his neck. I definitely won't be back. Management may need to train better. Drinks were not made correct. I have 2 diabetics who got none sugar free drinks when we asked for sugar free. wow I can't even say anything good. I hope they can train people better.

My family and I stopped for lunch. I wanted at the counter for 5 mins then was told I have to use the computer to take my own order. As it was taking forever for us to use the kiosk the employee started taking other people's orders and they got there food before we could even order when asked for help we was ignored. The food was prepaired quickly and correctly but the people where rude and didnt care about us. I will probably never come inside this store again.

Have me sausage instead of Canadian bacon on one of my McMuffins, no cashier just kiosk and it did not let us pay so manager had to come out an rang it up. But never so empty and too so long..

I ordered $30 worth of food on door dash and these incompetent employees gave me two cold cheeseburgers and the wrong drink don’t order from this store if you actually want the food you payed for because the lazy workers don’t care and you won’t get it

One of my favorite locations. However, I would recommend you not use the kiosks. There are items on kiosk that are not even available in the McDonald's that if you order, you will be disappointed the items are not available.

I went to get a McFlurry for my son. When the young man gave me the cup, it was a lot smaller than what I’ve received in the past so I asked him if this was normal size. He state they were out of regular cups so I then asked him if they charged my full price for a small cup. He then proceeded to ask someone else about a snack size and then a young girl came to the window and very rudely told me, “Here, take this!” I know McDonalds hires alot of young people and most of the time they don’t understand proper business protocol; however, the managers need to spend more time with them and train them properly. The employees in this location were more concerned with defending her actions rather than taking care of the customer and they wonder why Chic Fil A is running circles around them. I called the number on the window to voice my opinion, let’s see if I get a call from someone with authority.
