Came to derby to visit parents, my dad has dementia. Both parents are gluten free. It was quiet as a Friday midday. The waitress Sinitta immediately remembered my parents from being there only once before and they remembered her as said how nice she was last time. She welcomed us, sat and chatted and basically made us feel welcome. The fact she remembered my parents (in their 70’s) was so amazing! They made sure and double checked for gluten allergies which they both had and food was lovely! I don’t live in derby but I know they will be back again because they felt so looked after!

An all round nice place to visit. Staff are particularly good, more so than what is usually expected in this day and age. Atmospheric, good music and good food.

Our waitress went above and beyond, I happened to mention it was my daughter's birthday and before we left she brought some cake over for her, so sweet!

Food was great. Had been about a year ago and wasn't impressed with it but I have to say it has improved by miles now. Service was friendly if a little slow when first entering the store. It soon picked up as soon as we were seated. Overall great experience and I will be going back soon.

Had the lunch of 2 courses for £20. I had mozzarella dippers and my friend had the vegan option. Very nice tasty starters. Glazed chicken burger and the vegan option for main. Both were amazing. Nice coffee also. Staff very attentive and patient. I have a speech impediment due to ill health, and it takes a while to get my words out, the waitress and manager were so kind and waited for me to give my order.

The menu is on the window before walking in to give an idea of what to expect which saves staffs time. We were seated straight away and given a menu with an estimated time to take the order. We didn't wait long for drinks or food. They also asked if there was any allergies known. The prices reflect the food. Couldn't fault it.
When being asked if the foods okay the lady (jade) got us more wipes to use to clean our hands. The bill also came promt from when we asked.
Overall great place to eat and friendly staff.

This was a great restaurant to go drinking at, with a flashy design that includes decorations like guitars and bicycles! The counter is well-presented, staff were nice and the seating is comfortable. Me and my friend enjoyed our cocktails, although the service was rather on the slow side.

It was my first visit to a TGI Friday's and I am very impressed. I loved the theme of the place and how the low lighting made the room more intimate. The waiting staff were amazing and very friendly. The food was delicious! I'm not normally a fan of burgers but the one I had here was fantastic, really tasty and juicy. The fries were dead nice, too. Definitely a place to visit again.

Live the burgers and fries combo, but I have to say that the nachos was to greasy and not to my liking, overall the experience was pretty fun, the staff was great and the Spector was interesting.
