Mcdonald's

Went in and took the staff a few minutes to serve me, was a bit busy though. When I ordered the staff member was very polite and helpful, had a couple of issues with the till but it was fixed within a few minutes. Forgot to ask for specifications on my burger however the member of staff that served me seemed more than happy to replace it. All together, it was great service and the food was amazing. Will be going back there in future :)

Asda Spondon McDonald's is always clean and very friendly helpful staff and the food is always cooked fresh and piping hot! and the burgers ACTUALLY look like the burgers in the McDonald's pictures and are put together PERFECT everytime,when you open the box not mushed up and thrown together like in other McDonald's restaurants. Thank you always for a great service as ALWAYS this shop is a credit to the McDonald's franchise.

I had such good customer service at this McDonald. I passed MacDonald a day before my daughter’s birthday to inform them that I needed to order 17 happy meals for the party and that I needed the food delivered at 3.40pm Studio84 art academy (which is right behind the asda). Normally, they do not do deliveries unless you order through uber eats but Kate (the manager) and Tracy offered to deliver the food for me (probably during their break) as the party venue was just a few meters away from the mc Donald’s. Kate and Tracy delivered the order on time and everything was perfect. They also got my daughter a birthday card and gift from the Mcdonald team. I cannot recommend this MacDonald enough, especially for birthday party food. A big thank you to Kate and Tracy for going over and beyond with brilliant customer service.
