3 times we've got from here in the last month. First time we drove home and there was no toys in the 3 happy meals so kids were disappointed. Second time, we had a delivery and there was no sauces at all with all happy meals and no tangy tomato dip with cheese bites. Third time no sauces in bags at all even though we specifically asked and everything was cold. Ridiculous customer service. Orders should be properly checked before customers are given them. We won't be ordering from this branch again!! Might try KFC instead.....

Came here last bank holiday, on the last day of reduced prices. You might cynically guess it was awful, but you would be wrong. The service was very well organised and it felt safe to eat there despite the busyness. Their attention to detail was great, for example, my wife picked up a number marker and put it down when she saw I already had one, and a member of staff immediately cleaned it. Coronavirus won’t always be here, but it will always be important to have clean restaurants and this one was clean. Staff were also friendly.

Just ordered from your app and get to your store and its closed due to maintenance, told to wait by maintenance ppl . Order is brought out and then told it's illegal to bring out order after as per Boris's rules , don't understand why as i normally order on app and pick up at drive thru not in store.get home and find out they have not given full order. So phone them and speak to another rude person who cant take time to listen and had to explain my self twice and just told to come in next time and let them know, the person only took down my first name for the BOOK and she sounded very uninterested . MCD get you house in order ,simple customer service goes along way and if you know you are closing early for maintenance don't accept orders on your app.
