Placed an order for some treats for a wrk leaving gift .Unfortunately the Rd near the shop was having wrk done ,so the kind and very lovely owner brought the treats to my house without hesitation after wrk hrs .Absolutely beautiful and delicious Brownies ,giant cookies and goodies that our boss was utterly delighted with and is even more excited that he lives litteritly 5 mins away from the shop so we've definitely got him addicted and a new fan .Thank you so much Lauren and team at Pat A Cake Spondon xx🫶🩷🖤

We chose “Pat a Cake” to do our wedding cake for our wedding reception this year back in June. Prior to our day we went to the shop for a tasting session to sample some of our favourite flavours, & to discuss our final design of the cake. We chose to go for 3 tier cake, with top tier being semi naked & the other two tiers being full buttercream. Our colour theme was sage/olive green. The flavours consisted; top tier - sticky ginger & rum, Middle tier - red velvet (being the special tier, vegan, gluten free, & non Dairy), & the Bottom tier - strawberry & raspberry ripple. The design/colours of the cake complimented our colour theme as instructed during the initial brief. All of our guests & of course ourselves enjoyed the taste of the cake! A big thank you to everyone at “Pat a Cake”, a job well done.

Wow! I can’t even describe how incredible these cakes are! There are no words to match them at all. Possibly the nicest cakes I’ve tried! A lot of love and care goes into them and the choice is never ending. The owner and staff are lovely and you can tell how much they love what they do. Their shop is the prettiest shop to go to. I loved my experience and I’ll 100% be back for more! Thank you.

Love the cupcakes and other yummy treats from these guys. Plus most times I pop in I end up having a great bit of chat! We even got our Christmas cake from here safe in the knowledge that it would be scrummy! (Spoiler: it was!) If you’re passing by, do yourself a favour and grab a box of cakes! You won’t regret it!
