Our driver, Enrique, just dropped by with our order and rushed off. No wonder. I paid $65 for 2 pizzas and a fri with a 20% tip and both pizzas are slid over to one side and mashed against the far side of the box. Way to go. Won't be ordering from here again.

Really busy Friday night but staff was accommodating and very nice! Ordered a super steak and it was delishhh, kudos to the chef!

The pizza was good but my experience with the young man who was working the counter was terrible. Upon my arrival to pick up my pizza, I handed him enough cash to pay for the pizza and a generous tip. When he tried to give me my change, I told him to keep the change as a tip. He didn't even look at me to acknowledge my gesture. He put the cash in a tip cup, turned and grabbed my pizza and put it on the counter and walked away. Not even a thank you. I will buy my pizza elsewhere going forward

I always loved this Papa Ginos but now they use Door Dash for delivery and now it has been 2 hours waiting for our pizza. I still do not have my food. No body is dashing anywhere delivering the food! Higher your own drivers please!!!! Will not order for delivery anymore.

Good pizza and service. Entrance set up for CDC guidelines and for distancing. Only issue, this Papa Gino's will not accept Entertainment coupons when they are supposed to, according to Entertainment, who said they will contact to find out why.

Well, I've been here many times before, and always had a good experience. However this time around, the person taking my order looked literaly half asleep, had to repeat my order multiple times, took a hot minute to put in an order for a large pizza and large fry, handed me my receipt without a single "thank you" or anything. Immediately picked up his phone and seemed to not care whatsoever about being at work. I know it's hard to find good work(ers) these days and places are hiring almost anyone with a heartbeat, but I'd suggest management train their employees to at least try and be friendly at least while taking someones order. I wasn't confident that the person who did, knew or cared enough to ensure my order came out right.
I'd almost rather have great customer service and "eh" food than great food and poor customer service.
