Applebee's

Ordered over $100 of food and Very disapointed with our appetizers. When ordering i specifically asked for an order of the pub waffle fries and confirmed with the server multiple times these were loaded fried, each time he confirmed. Upon receiving the plate it looked more like ranch dressing spilled onto the fries, no bacon or the seasonings. We had 3 bites of it & were not at all interested in eating them. When i asked the server, he stated there were new cooks and never did anything to remedy the issue. Simply dropped off the check & ask if i wanted a box for them. Unbelievable!!

I ordered chicken tenders and fries curbside to go at 5:02pm this afternoon. The order said it would be ready at 5:32pm. After I had gotten there at 5:30pm and waited about 10 min, someone finally came and asked what my name was and said she’d check on my order. About 10 minutes later, another girl came out to ask what my name was again. After 5 minutes had passed, I finally called to check on my order. Whoever answered brought the phone into the kitchen and I heard their entire conversation about them not knowing why my order wasn’t up. Now that it had been nearly 50 min, I told her I was probably just going to cancel the order if they hadn’t even started it yet and she placed me on hold. After waiting another few minutes she said they would be bringing it out now. After ANOTHER few minutes, someone finally brought my order out. I said thank you and the girl didn’t say you’re welcome, sorry for the wait, nothing. Not writing this to complain but hoping management is aware of the lack of customer service, not to mention that it took the kitchen 57 minutes for an order of chicken tenders and fries.

This place has gone down hill!! The only good part of our meal was the beer and the delightful bartender, Michelle B. The app came out cold, after 25 min (only 5 tables occupied ). Then the food came out before the “remake” of the app. Told them to just throw it out. The food wasn’t great to be honest. Too bad. We’ve been coming here for years. Very disappointed today.

We went out to eat last night with 5 people, 3 adults and 2 children. To start off, the waiter, while cleaning the table next to ours, decided to move their table in front of our booth, blocking us in. Kind of awkward but not a huge deal. One of the children ordered the quesadilla with sour cream cream and salsa. He received no sour clean and no salsa. We had to ask for the sour ceam 3 times before he finally received it. One of the adult meals was the whiskey bacon burger, ordered with no lettuce, no tomato, and no onions. It came with with lettuce, tomato, and onions all on it and it was missing the whiskey sauce. Another adult order was the bourbon street chicken and shrimp, ordered with no onions. Again, it came with onions. We also asked for drink refills. Those never came, at least not from our waiter. He was too busy talking to a female coworker and having drinks at the bar. We were able to flag down a hostess after 15 minutes to get drinks. We will never return to that location and would definitely not recommend..

Called ahead for a party of 11 after my nephew was married. They confirmed, we arrived and magically they had no recollection.. we even double checked our number called. Others came in, we stood and waited. Started calling other places since some of us had a 7 hour drive home to another state. Disappointed since I wanted that oreo shake with some French fries.

A Yelp Review of My Doordash Applebees: Exposé composed in the moment of discovery and exposition: Looking through my very slim options on a late Sunday evening, in a town isolated from most suburban things, nothing on the simple little app in my phone stood out to me. Yet, I hadn’t eaten all day, and thus, with health and body in mind, should order something to eat anyway. Wait! Maybe I can just make myself some pasta. At least it would be hot, fresh and seasoned to perfection. No pasta. Maybe I could conjure together some mediocre, midwestern-mother inspired casserole of sorts? No, no, no. Nothing good in the fridge nor pantry for that either. Okay, back to the app. The reliable, trusty, mediocre restaurant appears. ✨Applebees✨ Yes, I knew it would not be good. It would be cold, thrown together, and over priced for the dressed up cafeteria food that it is. Alas, begrudgingly, I select it. While knowing it would not be anything good enough to even be happy eating, the knowing is what felt safe. Broccoli cheddar mac and cheese? That has to be okay, right? It was. It was okay, and okay at best. It was of course cold, and wanting for salt, but it was exactly what I expected. As someone who does not like surprises, I would have to give this Applebee’s experience 5/5 stars, for living up to be exactly what I knew I would get. Thank you for being reliable, Applebee’s. You never, (and are never able to) disappoint.
