Was hired as a cashier. First week I was told that I would be recieving my tips I made as Cashier in 2 weeks. Fast forward 4 weeks and still no tips. I asked when I would see them and "next week" was always the answer. My co-worker worked 3 days each week for 2 weeks and received $120 in tips. I worked 4-5 days a week for the first 2 weeks and on week 5 I received $62 in tips. Are you serious? What am I 8 years old?? Pretty sketchy place I wouldn't reccomend working there. Boss man seems to be too broke to pay his employees accordingly. Also very unhygenic setting and workspace.

Absolutely terrible service me and my wife ordered food for the kids after waiting 3 hours for delivery we called to see what was going on. after nobody could locate or get a hold of the driver we asked for a refund which resulted in arguing with them for 20 minutes to get our money back. About 3 hours and 40 minutes later the driver finally showed up unfortunately we didn't want nearly 4 hour old food we politely told them to take a hike. My advice don't waste your time this place is a train wreck.

We’ve been customers for years but no longer! On Sunday we had placed on order for pickup using the “online”ordering option, ordering five subs w/ an order of wings and a 2 liter of soda. I thought that the price of $84 was a little high but I was busy so I did not read into it. Sent my son to get e food, he came back without the soda. o called asking about that and was told he should have grabbed it from the cooler when walking in. Also when looking at my bill there was a $13 gratuity added without my knowledge. I asked about that and was told that the online process adds that automatically but there was an option to zero it out. That should have been an option for me to add not subtract! How much money do you fold make off of people like myself missing that option to cancel it? Not cool and pretty sneaky! We picked up our order, no need to take a 20% gratuity on a decent bill! Also the staff should have the online ordered drink ready with the food being picked up! Instead the girl on the phone said it was my sons fault for not grabbing it! So, enjoy that $13 extra bucks because you folks have lost a 9 year regular customer! Never again!
