Mcdonald's

I was in the area, hungry and I had a free offer on the app for a McChicken sandwich. I looked at the reviews of this McDonald's and WOW 😳, they are negative! I ordered curbside through the app. I had a six minute wait, which is reasonable. It was lunchtime and the 🚗 cars started to pull in. I did that two people had to pull forward and wait. The woman who brought my order out to me had let me know that the fries 🍟 were fresh and hot. My sandwich looked beaten up. The food is, well, McDonald's. If I'm in the area and my daughter wants french fries 🍟, I will try this franchise again and order through the app.

tonight i had the worst experience i have ever had at any fast food place. i placed a mobile order and went to go pick it up. at the speaker, they told me they received no mobile orders and to drive up to the window. when i got there, i was asked to repeat my order code several times and while it was a little frustrating, i understand that problems like these are out of the empolyees’ control. then, a man (who i believe is named william) walks up, pushing the employee to the side yelling a total at me. i told him i had a mobile order and ignoring me, he repeated a random total that was not mine (plus i already paid on the app). finally he listened to the employee saying i had a mobile order and this man YELLED at me saying that if i don’t have a code i cannot get my food. i have never in my life raised my voice at a worker until tonight when this middle aged angry man decided to scream at me completely unprovoked. i told him for the 100th time that i have a code and repeated it once again. he walked off and the poor employee apologized for william and said he treats everyone like that and makes them miserable. eventually, after more rudeness from william, they figured out the issue and gave me my food. but god, this makes me never want to go back here and william needs to be fired. what a miserable man.

Took 51 minutes to go through the drive through. I had never experienced such inefficiency. Both lanes were open wasn't more then 15 cars. I still don't know why I waited. I think I just had to see it through after I had already committed over 20 minutes to it. No special order. Only had a shamrock shake. Won't go to this location again anytime soon

This is by far the worst McDonald's in the southern NH area. I have been here a couple times and every time the wait is over 20min in the drive thru. And you can't go in because they close at he inside and when you finally get to the window it's like 15 kids having a party inside with not a care in the world. I would advise going to the Londonderry one instead it will be quicker
