Rang them tonight at 4:50 placed an order for delivery told them I’m just up the street at shepherd glen. The girl said it’ll be out in 20 mins to half an hour. 45 mins still no food so I rang down and asked was it out for delivery. The girl said no the drivers away and there literally just putting mine out now. So I said ok then il just shoot down and grab it. She said aye happy days come on down. I land down and tell them my name and say I’m just here to grab my food she went from the counter down to the kitchen and came back up and said it’ll be a few minutes. I’m standing there about 10 to 15 minutes and the girls asks what did I order! Seriously? Almost an hour from my order was taken and she’s asking me what I ordered. I told her and she goes back down and comes up with my food and said it was down there with the stuff for delivery. After I already phoned up and told them I’d collect it. I get it home and realise I paid the delivery on it and it’s cold. I’d nothing to eat since half 9.30 that morning and felt like I was going to drop with hunger and dealing with these complete incompetents just made it worse. I never leave bad reviews anywhere but this place definitely deserves a bad review for its non existing customer service. The food is actually nice when it arrives warm which is very rare. I can’t fault the actual food hence the 2 stars. Also the last 2 times I ordered cans with my food for delivery both times the food arrived with no cans The man who owns this shop must scour the planet for the most duh duh empty heads, he can find let them answer the phones and take orders here. If you want an enjoyable meal from this place do not get delivery. Order on the phone and go collect it. If you order cans then put them in the bag yourself. Make sure they give them to you. Any slight upset in the ordering process and I guarantee they’ll manage to get something wrong.

Do not even deserve 1 star! Online order placed and paid for. Went to collect and told system down but order not be processed?? Money taken out but not refunded....left details on site for them to organise refund....nothing!! Had to call in and demand refund....receipt with online order under counter ( not the only one) and got refund. So anyone who didn't call in personally for refund, FREE MONEY for them!!

Only two app orders made, but disappointingly, on 1st order, they put dessert (banoffee pie) for whatever ridiculous reason, in bag upside down and on top of the hot food and it arrived mashed, melted and inedible, it went in bin 😔 and on 2nd, they phoned to say cudn't fulfill my delivery and offered refund, still waiting for it months later....obviously they're not bothered and delusionally think I'm made of money....😤😡

Absolutely disgusted at my meal from here tonight. Ordered at roughly 5.15pm and said it would arrive at 6.10pm then changed to 6.20pm. Arrived at 5.55pm which I was happy with. When it arrived and i was sorting out the meals I realised that there was no side orders there, I rang down straight away and the girl said she would get fresh ones on and sent straight up. They arrived at 6.35pm cold, covered I grease and the tobacco onions could not have been further from being crispy like they should be. The pitta pockets must have been done in some kind of gravy too which completely ruined the taste of them. I understand that businesses are really struggling at the minute but this was absolutely ridiculous.

We ordered 2 Spanish Chicken with a portion of veg, cheese and bacon champ and garlics. The Chicken was so over seasoned I couldn't finish it. The "veg" was poor, a few carrots and cabbage that were overcooked. Then what seemed like yesterday's champ and in place of diced potatoes garlic was thrown over some chips that were far from fresh. I would expect subpar food from quick service but this took over 45 minutes! Will never be back. Used to be much much better.

Ordered through Just Eat today and received horrible looking food, the burger was disgusting to look at and when I tried to save it by scraping the "cheese" (if you could call it that) off it, I found two hairs. That was the end of it for me so I threw the burger out immediately. My partner had the pasta combo and also found a hair in it. The garlic chips were super oily and were also thrown out. The only thing, we could have consumed (the drink) was missing. Tried calling to let them know what happened but line was busy. Messaged them via Facebook asking for a full refund, but no reply from them yet. Very disappointed, Bistro 9 used to have a good reputation.
