If I could give this Jimmy Johns location a negative rating I would. Do not order from here they are extremely slow. Ordered my food at noon- got here at 2. When I called at 1 they said they would be here in 10 min. They were not. Then when I tried to call back and cancel my order I was put on hold for 10 mins before I was hung up on.

Waited in line to only realize that the employee on bread baking duty wasn’t wearing gloves. He moved the raw dough from the cart, peeled off the parchment paper, to a baking sheet with no gloves. After watching him do this for about 10 minutes, I decided to leave because a fair assumption is the place is unsanitary and doesn’t follow rules for anything else. I’d prefer to not get sick. Another deterrent was that not one employee was wearing a mask. I understand we don’t have a mask mandate but the fact that management doesn’t care to protect its own employees or customers is gross. And before the owner comments telling me to submit feedback on the JJ site, already done. I know it won’t be reviewed so better to post a review for everyone to read for themselves.

this was my third time ordering delivery from this location & it’s going to be my last. i ordered my food at 12:57 and it’s currently going on 2 hours and my food still isn’t here. I called at 1:57 and I kept getting sent to a busy line until I finally got someone after about 10 tries. I was told it would be delivered within 15 minutes of me calling and it still isn’t here and it’s going on 3.
