Big City Bar And Grill

The food is great. Standard bar fare but, I have had the burgers, wings and nachos. They have not disappointed. The bar and service staff is super friendly. This is a convenient location if you are staying at the Holiday inn express. It is also a great place to watch a game, with server large screens at the bar. I have had a great time each visit.

I can’t speak for the bar, but I would not recommend eating here...maybe our group just drew the short stick with the waiter that day. She had gotten one of our orders wrong, and two of us ordered mozzarella sticks, which she gave to the wrong table. Our “well done” burgers were way over cooked and the waiter did not ask us if we wanted our change when taking our payment, she simply just kept it. Normally I would not mind, but because of the awful service, it was less than agreeable.

My first visit to Big City. I had the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. It was good, nothing outstanding. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. There is an entrance to the Holiday Inn Express to the Big City. If you stay at the Holiday Inn Express and don't want to go far, they have good food menu options and a good selection of beer. Full bar too if you are into that.

We ate here because it was next to our hotel. We both ordered pasta dishes, my wife had the fettuccine Alfredo and I had blackened chicken pesto fettuccine. Both dishes were very bland. The atmosphere is that of a typical local sports bar so would probably be a good place to visit on game day for nachos or wings but otherwise I wouldn't waste my time here. They did give me a to-go cup for my beer I ordered at the end of the meal though so that was awesome!

I'm always downtown and this is always the first and sometimes the only spot i visit. The staff is amazing. Joe the bartender treats everyone as a VIP. Thank you for all your service. If the owner is in he always comes up to make sure everyonev is taken care of. Just found out he owns 2 other clubs in Greek town. Checked them both out. Couldn't be happier with the service and locations. The Greek & Level 2. If you get a chance to visit one of these bars i recommend the food too.

We were in town for a convention and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express, which is next door to this restaurant. We ended up walking the four blocks from the convention center to eat here for lunch because the food and staff were both consistently good. We also ate dinner here a couple nights, too. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and staff. The food is a good step up from what you'd expect of bar fare. (Our son, who is only 20, was also able to eat with us, which was a big plus. Not to mention he's a VERY picky eater and even he was a big fan!) I highly recommend them for a casual dining experience.
