The worst workers I have ever seen. I try to avoid this place like the plague, but sometimes I just need a cup of coffee from Timmy's. The employees here are rude, have no people skills, and are flat out bad at their jobs. they will leave coffee just sitting on the counter without letting people know their orders are ready and it becomes confusing when it gets busy. On numerous we have tried to make large orders for meetings or groups and they flat out refuse to take the orders, because they don't want to be bothered. I'm just glad 90% of the items at this location are pre-made or take little skill to assemble or else all the orders would be messed up.

The ladies that work here during the morning hours are HORRIBLE! they are so rude, so unprofessional, and they half do they jobs. I've been in here a few times because it's in the same building as my work place.... but these ladies make me want to take the walk and go elsewhere. They are so rude, their attitudes are terrible towards customers. I should have recorded the young lady yelling at a customer just a few minutes ago! Each and every one of them needs to be replaced or you will continue to lose business.

I work in the same building this Tim Horton's is located. I went downstairs this morning to order a 2 for $4. Two plain bagels with sausage, egg and cheese. Just like every other day, they're out of almost everything so today they didn't have plain bagels. So they told me I couldn't do the 2 for $4 because no substitutions were allowed. So I sucked it up and paid for two separate ones although it's not my fault that they're out of products. After paying and they're making my sandwich, they tell me that they're out of regular cheese so they have to use Swiss cheese. They're rude and if it wasn't convenient for me (because it's in my work building) I would never go there. All those employees are there clearly for the paycheck and not to make customers happy. They're a D team and if you were to question everyone in this building, everyone only ever has bad things to say about the customer service. Apparently the reason they are out of these products is because they cancelled their food truck? So customers are being punished because they didn't stock up on their inventory? And I'm not one to complain but the employees working in this location need to be switched out. I love Tim Horton's and the places I go to in Sterling Heights and Saint Clair Shores and areas by there are never this bad.

Poor service and unfriendly staff. My friend ordered a breakfast sandwich and was forgotten about. When she asked about it, the person behind the counter gave her attitude. We waited for a group order to be done before it was made - they came in after us. My sandwich was made quickly but was incorrect. Good coffee but not worth dealing with rude staff.

Customer service has degraded from bad to worse at this location. Most employees are rude and the remaining ones are indifferent at best. Food quality is on par with other Tim Horton's (passable) and this location has a few limitations on offerings due to store size. Store appears clean. Seating is decent (couch / wifi / bar to sit at / power drops).

Does ownership/management read any of these reviews?? The same complaints stated here a year ago are still relevant today. In addition to all the other complaints, WHY HAVE SOUR CREAM GLAZED DONUTS BEEN MIA FROM THIS LOCATION FOR AT LEAST 3 WEEKS AND COUNTING?? Noone in the store has an answer for that or any idea when they will return. They have to be like the top selling donut. I walk in (when I have time to wait and wait) and look for the sour cream glazed donuts and walk out. They’ve been out so long, I’m no longer even going to waste time to step foot in the store.

1 is not even good.They by far has the worst customer service . The employee was very argumentive and was yelling at us the customer saying she don't care about our order or time. The employee also walked off the sandwich station and stated she could not do it anymore. All while the manager was standing there being more unprofessional starting the same thing. This is every morning with the attitude. It's only one employee that is joyful and greets you with a smile. I will not return. I gave another chance but I'm livid and enough is enough.
