Ihop

I want to personally say I underestimated this place. I went here for breakfast with a friend from Italy, it was a lot of people. I was concerned about being seated, however the server greeted us and seated us in a matter of minutes. Darius our server was very pleasant and great to us. The food was very good!

Ok..so very disappointed when i went in the bathroom! It was not clean, paper towel all over the floor! The worst thing is on my way out..a female employee entered in to use the bathroom WITH HER APRON ON!!!!! DISGUSTING! If you are a manager reading this..please address this! A Waitress or waiter should NEVER enter the batroom woth their apron on! Im glad i didn't eat here!

The food and service here are okay - compared to other IHOPs. One major issue: It's supposed to be open 24hrs on Fri & Sat, but it is not. I am writing this on a Friday morning, and the doors are locked and no one is here. Drove an extra 20 minutes - bypassing another IHOP that I will never go to again - just to be disappointed.

Worst place , staff's experience is pathetic. I have been to ihop for more than 50 time in different states in US. This one is the worst since it's was near to my workplace, I planned to drive for a quick lunch. It took 3-4 minutes for staff to attend me. They wrote my name on the guest list. After me some more customers arrived. I saw 5 different staff were just talking & didn't even bother about seating customers or taking care. After 10 minutes one lady came & took the customer to the seating area who came last. We all were waiting like a fool. I just got out from there. I wasted my 15 mins here. When you walk in you could experience a bad Smell, flies. Ihop management please take action against the staffs Make a surprise visit & see how the staffs behave with customers. .
