This place needs to be managed better and the owner needs to help this place. Two people are not enough people to effectively run this franchise in the area that it is in. Maybe they could do it, but they need proper training in customer service and professionalism. I’m not saying fire them, they just need better training. Close the store temporarily to satisfy a few customers at a time when you’re short staffed. Don’t tell customers that the pizza will be ready in a couple minutes and actually have them wait for an hour or longer. Please use this review for constructive criticism and act accordingly.

This is by far one of the worst places I’ve ever ordered food from. Service is always terrible here & food is never fully cooked! Ask for it well done and it comes out doughy every time— I will not be coming back to this location! nothing but aggressive employees bad attitudes. There is always a wait, nothing is ever “hot & ready” at this location. Probably waited 35-45 minutes every time I’ve ever been here. Do not recommend this location to anyone.

Pizza was pre-order and apon walking in there was a hole commotion of loud and violent language. Did not feel safe at all. Was with my blind cousin. Before they even was able to get to us the manager tried to shut down and close. Order was placed at 6:37 and it's 7pm. The manager said the order was still on the screen. All and all Iight be taking the extra time and gas to go to a different pizza place. It's giving STREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.

I don't hate this place. It's just that the employees arrived, but since there was no manager, they had to sit outside. So we hung out with them. My family took cap and gown pictures of our graduate under the tree at the end of the strip mall, watched the NASA video of the astronauts return to Earth while we talked between vehicles with the employees and let arriving customers know that the location was not open for business yet. They played a little music. We watched the little kids play while we waited. It was fun. I felt bad for the employees because they were there to work, but couldn't and we counted 30+ customers that had arrived but had to be turned away in the 2.5 hours we were there before a representative from headquarters arrived. The rep thanked us for spending the time and sent us to another location and called ahead with 2 pizzas on them. We were only at this location to pick up a couple of pizzas to celebrate the accomplishments of our Cass Tech Alumni, but we definitely enjoyed the time we spent. 😁
