Chili's

Pleasantly surprised how extremely friendly the employees were at this particular location. I was staying at the hotel behind Chili's and decided to order lunch for pick up. Placed my order and as soon as I was done, it said food would be ready in 5 minutes. So I headed over there. The minute I walked in, both women at the front greeted me and asked if I was picking up or dining in. As I answered, 1 of them asked for my name and immediately said she would bring it out and got me my drink order. A third lady walked in and asked if I've been helped and a fourth lady asked me if I needed anything while I waited. All were very nice and had very genuine smiles. Food was very good and temperature perfect! I will definitely return when my job assigns me here again.

Worst experience EVER! I ordered a simple Triple Dipper appetizer through Door Dash. My order was delivered timely, but the bag wasn’t tied closed & when I pulled my food out, the plastic container wasn’t even closed properly! I ordered the honey chipotle crispers, cheddar cheese bites & southwest egg rolls. Pretty basic appetizer combo. It looked as though they poured the honey chipotle sauce over the chicken once it was in the container. Of course everything was swimming in honey chipotle sauce! The bottom of every cheese curd & the egg rolls both had sauce all over the bottom of them! To make matters WORSE, the last honey chipotle crisper I attempted to eat was SO UNDERCOOKED, it practically bit me back! Now I’m PRAYING I don’t get seriously sick from this garbage!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

There were limitations as far as seating was concerned. You have to be seated in the bar area because the rest of the area is not used until after 4pm. The food was good but what made the trip worthwhile was the waitress/bartender! She was very polite, on point, and willing to make accommodations! It's rare to have quality service in these times but a pleasure to have. I visited the restaurant on May 02, 2022 around 2pm. It's a shame I can't remember her name but will be going back because of her service!

Staff very friendly. Food was ok just took about 25 minutes to get food. Place was unclean. I went to the ladies room. Dirty. As i left the empty tables all had trash or leftover food. A hour later i went to ladies room and no one picked up the trash on the tables. Some staff was just sitting around and not doing anything. There were plenty to do. The carpet was dirty as well. Trash underneath tables. I will not eat here again.

My daughter wanted to eat here at this location for her birthday. We had a party of 14. We had tried calling before and no answer. When we finally were able to get through on the phone there was a message saying that the system was down. We decided to just to go to the location and take a chance. We get to this location and there were maybe 3 small tables of people so we were hopeful to get seats. The manager then told us that he didn’t have enough servers on staff to accommodate our party and that we would have to leave. I asked if he could call the location that was nearest to them and ask if they had available staff and seating for us. He did and told us we could proceed to that location and ask for Sam and she would be able to serve us. Once we took the only 9 minute drive to the next location she told us that this manager said we had 6 people. She has room for 6 people not enough staff to handle a party of 14. That manager sent us on a dummy mission. I was furious and had no idea why on earth he would do something like that. I won’t be coming back to this location in Dearborn. That was really poor management.
