This was the WORST experience I have had at a Subway. I came in with my family on a Sunday. There were 3 employees behind the counter, one was preparing bread to bake and the other two were not doing anything. No one acknowledged us for a full 3 minutes. When they did, we placed our order, which was made incorrectly despite the fact we were telling them to make it properly. When the food was finally made, the cashier took my coupons (valid until October) and then proceeded to tell me that none of them could be used. At this point I was so irritated that I left and went across the street to Applebee's.
The lack of work ethic on the employees at this location is horrible. If I hadn't been to so many wonderful Subway locations this encounter may have put me off Subway for good.

I come to this subway frequently due to it’s close proximity to my job. I have discovered something about here that I wanted to share with anyone who was thinking of coming here. On average you will wait around 6 minutes per customer that is in front of you. This makes it simple to estimate how long you will be waiting based on how many customers are there when you arrive. Also, on several occasions I have gone there when there were no customers and both employees are in the back office where they can’t see you. When this happens I have waited as long as 20 minutes before someone noticed me. When they finally did see me waiting they had an attitude like I was inconveniencing them by being there.
The food is just like any other subway, just expect to wait a long time.

It took several minutes before the staff noticed me, and they told me to wait even longer to let the staff chat amongst themselves about trivial matters. They seemed extremely lazy, and took 20 minutes to make a single sandwich. Foul panguage was used in front of customers, and the sandwich seemed rushed in comparison to other Subway locations, even though there was next to no one in line.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I was lied to at this location regarding the contents of their veggie patty. I had an allergic physical reaction. I contacted the location and Subway in November. As of this date I have had no information given. I have only had lies and more handoffs as they don't want to take responsibility for what they caused. I am looking into legal assistance. This was so awful and I'm not sure what makes a person like the employee who lied to me do such a thing, but maybe I'm glad I don't understand that level of evil.

They mixed up my sandwich with someone else’s sandwich, which they had burned. It took a long time to remake mine. It was about an hour wait on a busy day. My friends were all done eating by the time I sat down at their table. I didn’t get a receipt so couldn’t fill out a survey reporting what went wrong.

I have given this place the benefit of the doubt after the last visit. This visit was worse!!! Ordering online does not save time and you can't order online with a coupon. Which, I overlooked...however, the first girl that takes your order is extremely rude...I will not go back, sadly. The eye rolls and the attitude...reflects on the store/management...no one deserves that on their lunch break!!!

There isn't a heck of a lot I can think of to distinguish the Renaissance Center Subway from other outlets of this mega corp. One thing I noticed about it, is, that it's very, and I mean very, small, at least compared to other Subways I've seen. So what effect is a diminished size going to have on your dining experience, Naomi? You ask. Well, for one thing, some of those Subway specials you see advertised on TV don't seem to have filtered down the pipeline to the Renaissance Center Subway. Another thing is, if you get a big crowd here, not usually likely, but, say, for the Summer concert series or, I don't know, something, and they're all Jonesing for a sub, well, small size means fewer Subway staff so you can bet your bottom dollar there's going to be a line and a wait, which is exactly what you thought you'd avoid by going to a fast food joint.

On Saturday Jun 29 2019 at 8:40pm the lady was there refuse to serve us and to make any subs she said we we closed but she kept selling drinks and chips only and standing there for no reason she was very rude i didnt see any manager there even though they close 9 pm and she has all the ingredients open in fron so it not like they run out of stock
