Nice convenience store in downtown Detroit, well stocked and reasonably priced. Good mix of drinks, snacks, and prepackaged meals. Staff were friendly and quick to process checkout.

One of the nastiest 7/11 stores I have been in. They will have 4 people behind the register and only one will be actually working, they keep the napkins behind the counter like someone is gonna steal the napkins but let all the slurped cups fall on the ground. If they know the person they will let them cut in front of you even if the line is very long. The place is overpriced anyway and always has homeless people in front of door. Please just go to the one on Jefferson or the one Anthony Wayne Drive.

NOT open 24 hours!!!!! Drove here in the middle of the night to get pizza and they are CLOSED! If a business changes their hours, they need to update their hours with Google.

Good store with a lot of selections. Best coffee to carry out, more better than Starbucks. I love this store. They have a high variety of items.

This place is really crowded in the morning around rush-hour home again they’re really overpriced but they do have a nice selection of prepackaged meat sandwiches and fresh fruit and salads they are just over priced. The store owners and cashiers can be really rude sometimes, They over talk to you and brush you out of the store the nacho machine is dirty and they don’t really cleaned up as often as they should.

I've bee to this location countless times and NOT ONCE can I say I was offered even one bit of good customer service. They barely speak English. Don't take customer customers serious to the point if they have to prepare something or retrieve from behind the counter, they will mess it up. And act as if it's you're fault. See for yourself

Horrible cashier. The cashier here was racist (small build, grey hair, glasses, and shorter than 5'2." He couldn't look at me in my face. No eye contact. Withdrew his hand like I had some sort of disease even though he was the one that touched mine. As much as you dont want to be touched, I don't want to be touched either. If you're incapable of respecting everyone of different races, maybe you shouldn't work in the customer service industry. Just a thought.
