If I could personally grade the lady at the window who took my order and made sure that I had everything in my bag, I would give her five stars. Since this is a review about the restaurant as a whole I will give them four stars. It's very unfortunate that speed of service is low, and I know that can't be helped until more good employees are hired. Other than that I enjoyed every bite, and so did the people who ordered food with me.

Had a taste for a Whopper, so I go to the E. Warren location, no waiting in the drive thru...I get home and the top half of the bun and part of the burger was burnt! There was no receipt in the bag, so I tried the number that was online for this BK, no answer. I will be returning next Sunday for either my $$ back or an edible sandwich. I even tipped the young lady.

If I could give it -10 stars I would this place is terrible
Every time I go there’s a problem. First it was no burgers... how don’t you have burgers?? It’s called BURGER KING!!!! Then the system is down when they are clearly servicing other cars I’m pretty sure they say they’re out of things just so they can close early and go home.

Absolute JOKE!!!! I waited in line 3x cars deep watched 3x cars ahead of me Order Food I pull up at 12:00pm In afternoon and you tell me your shutdown now!!!!! Unbelievable I get short staffing but ur the only fast food place in area and u choose me to tell me ur shut down but what about the other 3x cars ahead of me that got to order and get Food???? Hmmm I guess McDonalds it is!!!!!! SMH every place in the world is SHORT STAFFED I GET IT!!!! But you don’t shut down I’m middle of lunch time and pick and choose what customers you take!!!!!

Unprofessional drive thru employee. Would not let me complete sentence before speaking. This particular one is always out of something, this trip it was sweet tea, dipping sauces, and drink holders. Once at window the clerk didn't open window wide, handed out food at an angle. Keep saying I will not go there, but it's in the neighborhood.

Great place bad experience with the big lady the manager. Bad attitude from Management. the small lady great management works in the morning always have a smile food is always hot she is awesome fire the other lady almost didn't come back off that one experience. Im mean she was mean unprofessional and didnt want to be there i ask a question she said its on the menu and it wasnt. Asked to speak to management she said she was. I said and you dont know the prices. She was talking to me with an attitude the whole time I was ordering shaking my head. Thank god for the great breakfast service i get from the skinny older lady just beautiful...
