There is absolutely no reason I had to wait 20 minutes for a cheesburger no pickle add mayo in an empty lobby. Management was too busy showing the expeditor her latest exploits on her cell phone to ensure the orders were making it out in a timely manner. Really disappointing. The area manager Jason seems like he wants to turn it around. But he hires people that could care less.

Completely horrible during a dinner rush and the drive thru has not moved worth nothing. It's like all the employees are on break at the same time. Not one car has moved. This is the longest I've ever waited in a line. Oh on top of it it's a door dash order I'm trying to pick up............. it is the longest thing I've ever seen seriously please fix this issue

Had 2 UberEATS orders and they couldn't complete the orders. Drove all that way for nothing. With gas prices as high as they are this really hurt my income. The McDonald's employees didn't care and wouldn't do anything about my orders. Uber support called them and they didn't even answer the phone.

I was having problems with my diabetes the front of the store was close to customers and I explained my situation at the counter and told them all I wanted to buy was a double cheeseburger and some water in my sugar under control one of the employees I guess was the store manager by the way he acted got me the sandwich and water and gave it to me and no charge I thank that person from the bottom of my heart and it's out there for helping me out thank you and God bless you

The Drive-Thru Stays Very Backed Up..
& Your Order Is Always Wrong.
And The Food Is Never Fresh, Which Is Inconceivable Since The Drive-thru Is Always Crowded..So 2 👎👎's Down. For Me..Oh And 1 More Thing The Workers Are Quite Rude..

Dirty place, people don't keep it clean, people smoke marijuana in the building, liquids on the ground, roaches, built up dirt. The health inspector needs a visit to this McDonalds

They trying to get a little bit better. But thing took me by surprise is I asked the girl for a buffalo sauce. She come back and say .do u got 37 cent so I gave her 50 cent. She come back to the window and say what u waiting for. I said my change she looked like she didn't know what I was talking about. Stay in school.
