The employees at this location are truly amazing people. I would drive 20 miles out of my way just to come here because the people are that great. I've been blown away by customer experience very few times in my life but this experience tops the list. I will definitely be back and make it a regular stop

I love Burger King but this one is the worst Burger King ever! They never have anything! They’re so lazy they don’t even put the correct menu on the screen. If there’s only one car ahead of you, prepare to wait 10 to 15 minutes for your food. BUT, this Burger King’s fault. They had only one employee doing everything!

I placed a mobile order on my lunch break. I only had $8 to my name and spent $7.82 on my order. I drove to pick it up and was told by the man on the speaker they are closed due to short staff. So I asked him how I get my money back because burger King already took my money off already. He said I don't know call the app because I didn't take anything from you" Now I'm stuck no food and no money to eat. I'm so upset wasted gas time and money

This was one of the most unprofessional fast food locations I've ever visited, they take your money fast and wait 10-15 minutes for my Whopper & fries, with no one in line but me! 😳 I will never ever visit this location again 🤨

This burger king is horrible they never have anything when i went on this day they didn't have any pop for people who are ordering meals. How do you run out of pop or you have to have the exact amount of money to pay for your food cause they don't have change. Or how about they closed cause they don't have any food ready I'm gonna keep it real since the pandemic started the burger king on livernois has went to holy hell it's that's bad

Staff very RUDE. Will never visit this Burger King again. Walked out with no food after asking for money back. I refuse to support any business where I'm treated so badly.
