Little Caesars

Just moved and ordered for the first time in my new area and it will be my last. Location on Sunset in St George, UT deep deep dish pizza size are way smaller than any other Little Caesar’s I’ve been to or what’s advertised in general for the company. Same with the bread sticks. The quality and taste are not what I have normally received in other states that I’ve lived in. Little Caesar’s has lost a customer. Normally it’s like 2 14 inch rectangle with 6 slices for each that basically fill the box. As you can see this is like 2 12 inch square of 4 slices. I called the location I ordered from and this is how the girl said they make them. WHY AREN'T THEY ALL THE SAME SIZE ACROSS THE COUNTRY!!!

This looks like someone puked, dropped the pizza, put it back in the box and BAM- let's sell this! NEVER, NEVER, EVER will I order again! I am in Butte MT and have been trying to call for 3 HOURS!!! MAILBOX IS FULL AND THEY CANT ANSWER THE PHONE!!! YUCK, YUCK, AND YUCK!!! I have enjoyed this pizza for years but tonite was the last..

Just went to the location on 438 SW military Dr SA TX 78221 and went through the drive thru placed my order the guy said it would be like 15min I said fine. I ordered two extra most bestest and the crazy combo. I placed and paid the order at 5pm I didn’t not get my order till 5:40. The pizza finally came which was discussing after having to wait that long and the breadsticks were cold. They gave me wings for waiting but should have left them they were under cooked. The sauce for the crazy bread was spoiled and smelling gross. Been trying to call the store and no answer when I was there I ask for the manager and she never came out. I will no longer be going there or any other little Caesars.

Bakersfield 2515 S. h st absolute worst!! There was pizzas just sitting in the back while one girl was just on her phone the front guy running back and forth tryn his best I can see another girl in the back where they “make the pizza” just on her phone relaxing all over the table top where it’s supposed to be clean to make the food!! So waiting for seems like a long time for hot and ready this is what I get crooked cut pizza that isn’t all the way cut down!! SERIOUSLY NEED NEW PEOPLE RUNNING THAT PLACE ITS A FREAKEN JOKE IN THERE!!!!! Wish I can give a -0

A long time ago, this Little Caesars located at 2976 S Chase Ave. Milwaukee, WI 53207 used to be a great place for quick pizzas. HOT-N-READY was an actual delivered promise, my kids loved the taste and I loved the price. Now, this place is truly a waste of good retail space. It would probably be better off vacant than what they have. Whoever the owner is, should know that. The customer service is beyond horrible, HOT-N-READY is an absolute joke, the place looks disgusting and I particularly loved seeing the cashier caressing a stack of pepperoni with his bare hands while answering a question from a customer. Absolutely horrible.

I ordered two pizzas from the San Bernardino location off of University Parkway last night. I only ate two slices last night and woke up at 4am throwing up and this continued until 6am. My son has been sick off and and on since early this morning also due to the fact that he had more slices of pizza than I did. I would have given this review zero stars instead of one star. I am not sure what the employees did to the pizza or if something was cross contaminated but I have never experienced anything like this before. They have lost a loyal customer.

This is the absolute sorriest corporate office I have ever dealt with. I ordered pickup for my friends and their kids 2 weeks ago exactly. I picked up the order, put it in the car, and drove to their house 40 minutes away from the store. Get there, bring it in, open it up, and it’s completely wrong. We ordered and paid fora thin crust with pepperoni and bacon, and a regular pepperoni. Received 2 cheese pizzas. I filled out the form on LC’s website, received no response. I called customer care, and was told I would be contacted on the local level. No contact. I messaged the Facebook page and they kept making sorry excuses for why they won’t respond to either refund or credit me for your error. Is this what you consider acceptable business practices?

They absolutely do NOT answer the phone anymore. I WONT put my card # in to use their stupid pick up machine. I now have to drive to the business, put in my order, and sit and wait for it to get done. This is Standord, Ky store. Yes, I could go somewhere else but their pizza is better and more affordable.
