This place use to be good! But now, It's beyond disappointing! The experience I had here today, Has sealed the deal on me wasting money on Fast food ever again. The only person working was the cook! Everyone else was standing around socializing. They could care less about Customer service or Quality. I ordered a single with cheese heavy pickle and a 4 pc. Nuggets. After waiting 20 minutes in line ( 10 at the window alone after my money was collected). The cook finally came to the window to see if we paid yet. Then he had to tell someone to give me my cold food! And my single had NO PICKLES AT ALL. Nobody working but Teenagers! I can't imagine they had a Supervisor that day. I'm done with this location. It's sad to see it go down like this. I really wanted to give them No Stars! But I am done!

As other have written, be prepared for 30 minute wait in drive through and check your order. If there was another fast food restaurant nearby, they would get good business.

This place was out of pop (water only), salads, large burgers and a list of other items taped to the drive thru speaker. The fries received were almost completely cold. Definitely not worth the $11+ I paid. The manager should have closed due to lack of items and not meeting Wendy's Mission Statement to deliver quality products for our customers.

Usually I enjoy going to this location because the crew is friendly and the good tastes better. I'm giving it 3 stars based on a combination of my last three visits: Two good, today's not-so-good.
The prior visits were great. Using the app up order beforehand is a great way to ensure accuracy (usually...see below) and use online coupons. The lunch and breakfast sandwiches are very good here and always served hot and fresh tasting.
Today (3/18/21) I used the app up order breakfast shortly before they switched to lunch. I ordered several sandwiches, but when I opened the bag I was missing two items: breakfast baconator and bacon & egg croissant. (Oddly, a plain biscuit was added to the bag). Everything else was correct, so I'm not sure what went wrong but it was a bit disappointing. (And by the time I checked it was after breakfast so couldn't get it corrected)
I will try them out again for breakfast to give this location another try, but I am a bit wary, especially since the order was placed on the app. I like this location a lot - I hope to come back if the order accuracy is on-point!

The service was terrible.I was asked to wait at the speaker then after, we waited 20 minutes at the speaker to order to be told that they didn't have any non-carbonated drinks. I had a carful of kids, so I just had to pull off. That could've been said in the beginning 😡

Would have been zero stars if I could have. The drive-thru wait was entirely too long. The cashier was rude. We didn't even get straws with our drinks. The food was cold. (I know it can be overwhelming. I worked at a Wendy's for 6 yrs.) This store needs a revamp or something.

I went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 meals. When i got to the window i payed for them, didn't get a receipt and they only gave me half my order. I wanted a couple mins and the cashier asked what i was waiting for and i told her i was missing a meal. She was looking on the screen and apparently couldn't find it so she had to ask for help. When someone came to help they still couldn't find it. She asked what i ordered i told her and when i finally got it, it still wasn't correct. Not to mention when i got my first meal it was barely hot

Damn, couldn't get my star OFF!! There were about 7 cars ahead of me. I had time to kill so this was no big deal. When the car ahead of me reached the speaker the woman was cursing the poor associate out. So okay my turn!..I sat at the speaker for 13 minutes. Someone opened the speaker and grunted and said something. It was raining and I'm getting wet. Well after more waiting I decided to drive around anyway. No one was at the 1st window. Drove to the 2nd window. BINGO! there was 3 associates including the manager. I was motioning to them. I was ignored. Kept asking them to open the window. Now I'm still playing nice. I told them I heard the car in front of me. Blah blah blah. The Manger says to me they were changing shifts. I responded okay and I see you're counting money...but you couldn't tell me that you would be with me in a few minutes? because blah blah. I went on to say this was bad business. She said they needed to "shut the drive thru down" because of the girl cursing at them. The kicker was they told me to wait, it wouldn't be long now and closed the window. Guess what?..like an idiot I waited. This was the WORST customer ever. Everyone's meal @ the drive thru should have been comp.
This was the worst ever!..Also, cars were leaving left AND right. Ridiculous!
