I waited in line for 30 minutes before anyone took our order. When we pulled around to the window, no one was in front of us (what were we waiting for?). When I get to the window the cashier was not facing the window, instead his back was turned and his body was leaning on the glass. There was no greeting, instead it was a quote from a movie, smh. I waited another 7 to 8 minutes to receive my order. The sandwich only had cheese and bacon on it, was not fresh, no straws, napkins or condiments and the frosty lid would not close because it was too much in the cup, making it messy. My next step will be contacting their GM and making a comment on the BBB. That experience was absolutely ridiculous.

I'll be avoiding this place from now on. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with extra mayo/lettuce/tomato and they put onion on it, barely any fries when I ordered a large, and the pop tastes like mold, obviously they aren't cleaning their pop machine. This place is gross.

They are usually slow. This locations line isn't usually as long as the one on Grand River near Southfield. The food could be hotter for asking as you have to wait in line. The customer service isn't bad but it could be improved on. I don't usually go to this particular location, but the times I have went, I can't recall having a serious problem that wasn't quickly resolved by contacting a manager.

Food was fresh. Service was pretty decent. They were VERY busy and you can tell staff was a little tired, prayers and kudos to them. Fries weren't tasty as usual-a little bland.

Stopped here today on my way home, wanted to try the strawberry frosty, the girl at the drive thru didnt return my credit card🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️Had to drive back up there to get it, Havent been here in about 10 yrs and it will be another 10 before I return

The cashier she just would not listen to what I wanted so the food I got was good but the service was terrible because if she would have listened to what I wanted instead of trying to give me to buy a combo or something of that nature. We got everything I need it but I couldn't get everything I needed because she want to try to do combos instead of just bringing up what I asked for that's why I gave three stars peace and love

Least favorite experience at a wendys..
Entry/exit points to location need to be improved.. All items of my combo had something disappointing; soda machine was down for sure. Half portion of lukewarm fries. The double and some of the toppings especially. I ate about half. Was a dinner rush & i imagine they're probably short-staffed.

The drive thru line was fast even though there were a lot of cars, they also did great with getting my order right.
